Stats

Camille’s Baron Lane win rate is in a healthier spot now, however jungle Camille is too strong after our recent buffs. We’re scaling back some of her healing and monster damage to slow down her Tactical Sweep of the jungle.
Tactical Sweep
- Heal reduced from 50% to 40%.
- Damage against monsters reduced from 100% to 50%.
Camille has always been in a tough spot, with a kit that is both a boon and a curse. In the right hands, Camille is a terror with little counterplay—but for newer players, her mechanics can be daunting. We want to lower both her skill floor and ceiling, which will make her more approachable for players aspiring to master this precise Baron Laner, while keeping her in check for the best of the best.
Precision Protocol
- Bonus movement speed changed from 15/20/25/30% to 25% at all ranks.
- Bonus movement speed duration increased from 1 second to 1.5.
- Removed: Precision Protocol can no longer recast within 4 seconds.

- Removed: Dash no longer grants 50% bonus attack speed for 5 seconds.
- New effect: Upon recasting, Camille's next basic attack against champions within 3 seconds grants her 50% bonus attack speed for 5 seconds.
Our previous nerfs to Camille have left her blades dull and she’s been underperforming at most levels of play. We’re giving her some more damage in the early game to help with her laning, and slightly increasing her survivability in the later stages of the game.
Stats
- Health growth increased from 115 to 120.
Tactical Sweep
- Base damage increased from 70/110/150/190 to 90/125/160/195.
Camille is currently one of the most dominant champions in higher levels of play, because of all the damage and reliable utility she provides for her team. We’re giving her a handful of nerfs, while also adding in a new function to her Hookshot ability to put her in a more balanced spot.
Tactical Sweep
- Slow changed from 80% flat to 80% decaying.
Hookshot
- Cooldown increased from 16/14/12/10 seconds to 22/20/18/16.
- New Effect: Champion hit will additionally reduce the cooldown by 5 seconds.
The Hextech Ultimatum
- Cooldown increased from 80/70/60 seconds to 90/80/70.
The Hextech Ultimatum
- Cooldown reduced from 100/85/70 seconds to 80/70/60.
Camille has been one of the strongest and most prevalent Baron Lane picks, especially in higher levels of play, so we’re slashing some of her power. We’re lowering the trading potential that she has in the earlier stages of the game, while also removing an interaction that the most precise Camille players have been able to use to their advantage. Camille will no longer be able to use the stasis enchant after using her ultimate to lock down any foe without putting herself in danger.
Precision Protocol
- True damage ratio reduced from 100% at all ranks to 40/60/80/100% (at level 1/5/9/13).
- Movement speed reduced from 25/30/35/40% to 15/20/25/30%.
The Hextech Ultimatum
- New Effect: Camille becoming untargetable will end The Hextech Ultimatum.
- Duration reduced from 2/3/4 seconds to 2/2.5/3.

- Health ratio increased from 10/15/20% target's current health to 15/20/25%.
- Zone duration reduced from 2.5/3.25/4 seconds to 2/3/4.
Camille players that master her precision can dominate the laning phase and take over a game with her roaming and scaling. We’re cutting down on the frequency of her passive, so she has to be even more precise and decisive with her trading in lane.
Stats
- Health growth increased from 105 to 115.
Adaptive Defenses
- Cooldown increased from 10 seconds at all levels to 18/16/14/12 (at level 1/5/9/13).
Camille is dominant in multiple positions for highly skilled players, and we believe that she has too much flexibility in her position selection. We are removing her ability to clear the jungle quickly now the second cast of Hookshot no longer hits jungle monsters. This will also disable Camille’s ability to trigger Hookshot’s attack speed buff in order to make her jungle play a riskier bet that will rely more on ganks to succeed.
Hookshot
- Removed: No longer grants attack speed and stops on hitting a large monster.
Camille is a bit too powerful, particularly in high level play, so we're making her more vulnerable in the early game, and reducing the frequency at which she’s able to lock down targets.
Hookshot
- Stun duration reduced from 1 seconds to 0.75.
The Hextech Ultimatum
- Cooldown increased from 90/75/60 seconds to 100/85/70.
Hookshot
- New effect: Smart cast will target valid terrain in front within 45 degrees.
Stats
- Base mana regeneration reduced from 18 to 15.
Camille added to Wild Rift

- AD per level: 5.5 → 4.55
- (3) Hookshot
