In order to improve the feel of Corki’s Phosphorus Bomb in the later stages of the game and get him all spooled up, we’re updating this ability so that it scales with his attack speed.

  • Cast time reduced from 0.27 seconds to 0.27-0.18 seconds (based on attack speed).

Kai’Sa is underperforming when compared to her Dragon Lane peers, we want to a-void keeping her too isolated from her peers so we’re giving The Daughter of the Void a handful of buffs. Including an update to Void Seeker that allows its cast time to scale with Kai’Sa’s attack speed.

Stats

  • Base attack damage increased from 58 to 62.
  • Attack damage growth increased from 2.65 to 3.

Icathian Rain

  • AD ratio increased from 45% AD to 50%.

Void Seeker

  • Cast time reduced from 0.34 seconds to 0.34-0.227 (based on attack speed).

To give Miss Fortune a little more shock and awe, we’re increasing the viability of her Ability Powered builds by buffing the Ability Power ratios associated with Make it Rain and her ultimate, Bullet Time.

Make It Rain

  • AP ratio per tick increased from 10% AP at all ranks to 10/12/14/16%.

Bullet Time

  • AP ratio per wave increased from 25% AP to 30%.

We’ve never wanted to make a snappy decision when it comes to buffing Renekton in the earlier stages of the game. We know just how much power and dominance this playstyle can bring, especially from players at higher levels. But after seeing the results of some of our previous changes, we’re ready to navi-gator our way around these changes, and give Renekton back some of the lane sustain that he’s been missing.

Cull the Meek

  • Cooldown reduced from 8 seconds to 7.
  • Base heal increased from 4/6/8/10 to 5/7/9/11.

The Mad Chemist is performing decently in lane, but his scaling isn’t quite where we want it to be. We’re increasing his Poison Trail Ability Power ratio to prevent him from falling off so quickly later on. We’re also making a few other adjustments to open up more build paths and options for Singed.

  • Mana cost per second reduced from 15 to 12.
  • AP ratio increased from 30% AP to 35%.

Insanity Potion

  • Health and mana restoration per second increased from 6/11/16 to 6/13/20.

Last time we took a look at Sion, we had to say sionara to some of his unstoppable power, however we’ve been keeping an eye on him and he could use a hand. So, we’re targeting a few different areas where we think the satisfaction of his kit could be improved.

Glory in Death

  • Bonus health per large unit kill increased from 15 to 20.

Decimating Smash

  • Minimum base damage increased from 25/55/85/115 to 40/65/90/115.

Roar of the Slayer

  • Slow increased from 40/45/50/55% to 50/55/60/65%.

While Lillia landed on the Rift in a healthy spot, players continue to grow fawnder over her and their mastery for this doe has grown over time, causing her win rates to bloom out of control. We’re lowering her scaling health to emphasize her late game positioning, while nerfing the damage on Blooming Blows to take her jungle power down a notch.

  • Health growth reduced from 112 to 104.

  • Base damage reduced from 35/55/75/95 to 35/50/65/80.
  • Damage against monsters reduced from 130% to 110%.

The buffs we gave this Kinkou in patch 3.5a have pushed him over the line in the Jungle. We’re reducing some of the bonus damage that he deals to monsters with Twilight Assault in order to reduce his clear speed and knock him down a peg.

Twilight Assault

  • Damage against monsters reduced from 200% to 150%.
  • Maximum damage against monsters reduced from 250 to 225.

Camille has always been in a tough spot, with a kit that is both a boon and a curse. In the right hands, Camille is a terror with little counterplay—but for newer players, her mechanics can be daunting. We want to lower both her skill floor and ceiling, which will make her more approachable for players aspiring to master this precise Baron Laner, while keeping her in check for the best of the best.

Precision Protocol

  • Bonus movement speed changed from 15/20/25/30% to 25% at all ranks.
  • Bonus movement speed duration increased from 1 second to 1.5.
  • Removed: Precision Protocol can no longer recast within 4 seconds.
  • New effect: The second empowered attack automatically readies after 1.6 seconds, which converts a portion of the total damage into true damage.
  • This effectively increases the attack delay from 1.5 seconds to 1.6.

Tactical Sweep

  • Base damage reduced from 90/125/160/195 to 90/120/150/180.
  • Health ratio changed from 6% target's maximum health at all ranks to 4/6/8/10%.
  • AD health ratio reduced from 3% target's maximum health per 100 bonus AD to 0%.
  • Heal reduced from 100% to 50%.
  • New effect: Heal is applied only upon hitting with the outer half.

Hookshot

  • New effect: If Hookshot misses terrain, it is placed on a 3-second cooldown.
  • Removed: Dash no longer grants 50% bonus attack speed for 5 seconds.
  • New effect: Upon recasting, Camille's next basic attack against champions within 3 seconds grants her 50% bonus attack speed for 5 seconds.

  • 50 armor, 250 health, 30 magic resistance.

Unique Passive - Dawnbringer:

  • If you are within 400 units of an enemy champion and you immobilize a champion or are immobilized, reveal nearby enemy champions for 3 seconds and deal 80 (+5% bonus health) magic damage to them.
  • Limited to 1 Dawnshroud.

It’s difficult to justify buying Cosmic Drive when you’re on a heavy Ability Power scaling champion, because it gives a low amount of Ability Power for such a high cost. So we told the shopkeeper to bring down the cost and upping the Ability Power to make it more competitive with other mage items.

We’re increasing the power of Frozen Heart’s Attack Speed slow, but making it conditional. This iteration rewards tanks that stay on the offensive, while also providing foes with some counterplay to the item.*

  • Ability haste reduced from 30 to 25.
  • Armor increased from 70 to 80.
  • Mana reduced from 300 to 200.

Passive - Winter's Caress

  • New Passive: Basic attacks and magic damage caused by you or inflicted upon you will apply stacks of Chill to the enemy champion for 3 seconds, refreshing on subsequent hits and stacking up to 4 times. Each stack of Chill reduces enemy attack speed by 9%, up to 36% Attack Speed reduction. Applying Chill has a 1 second cooldown per ability per target.
  • Editor's Note: Patch notes mention typo ingame. Cooldown is intended to be 1 second instead of 3 seconds.
  • Old Passive: Reduces the attack speed of nearby enemies by 20%.

While the numbers on the new Determination passive may seem underwhelming compared to its previous iteration, the keyword here is “pre-mitigation”. In practice, tanks will fare better against critical damage–as long as they’re on the offensive. Armed with the new Randuin’s Omen, you are filled with Determination.*

Unique passive - Armored

New Unique passive - Determination:

  • Being critically struck will generate Melee 12% / Ranged 8% of pre-mitigation damage taken as stacks of Determination for 5 seconds, which refreshes on subsequent hits and stacks up to 500 times. Attacking a champion will consume all Determination to heal for the same amount.
