Akali has been struggling to find her footing on the Rift for a while now. Rather than simply increasing her damage, we're strengthening her early laning phase and making her late-game combos smoother and faster to execute, giving skilled Akali players more opportunities to outplay their opponents.
Base Stats
- •Attack Speed per level: 0.02 → 0.04
- •Base Armor: 34 → 37
Recent Attack Speed adjustments have made Camille's combos feel less fluid than intended. We're increasing her Attack Speed growth to help restore the smoothness and responsiveness of her combos.
Base Stats
- •Attack Speed per level: 0.016 → 0.028
Lee Sin has been struggling across all skill levels, so we're giving his base damage a small boost and smoothing out his combos to help him get back into fighting shape.
Base Stats
- •Attack Speed per level: 0.02 → 0.04
Dragon's Rage
- •Base Damage: 125/350/575 → 150/375/600
Nasus has been struggling to hold his own in Baron Lane and teamfights since the latest patch. We're giving him a helping hand in those areas while toning down his waveclear to keep his Mid Lane performance in check.
Base Stats
- •Attack Damage:58 → 62
Spirit Fire
- •Base Damage: 55/110/165/220 → 50/90/130/170
Fury of the Sands
- •Armor and Magic Resistance: 40/50/60 → 40/55/70
Shyvana previously relied on her fast jungle clears to get ahead and scale into a late-game powerhouse. However, with jungle clear speeds becoming more consistent across champions, she's lost some of that early advantage and has struggled to hold her own when behind. We're giving her human form some extra fighting power while toning down her fully scaled strength. This should help Shyvana stay competitive when she's behind without making her quite so overwhelming once she reaches her full potential.
Base Stats
- •Health per level: 120 → 130
- •Health Regen per level: 9 → 12
- •Attack Speed per level: 0.012 → 0.024

Dragon's Descent
- •Life of the Ocean Omnivamp: 20% → 10%
Ashe has been dominating Dragon Lane across all skill levels, consistently outperforming her fellow marksmen. We're reducing her basic attack damage throughout the game to bring her power more in line with other Dragon Laners.
Frost Shot
- •Bonus damage dealt to the target by basic attacks: 0 ~ 130% (Based on crit stats) → 0 ~ 123.5% (Based on crit stats)
Ekko has been scaling faster than intended following the latest patch, allowing him to get ahead a little too easily. We're dialing back some of his power to keep his snowball potential in check.
Z-Drive Resonance
- •Damage modifier against monsters: 120% → 110%
Timewinder
- •Damage modifier against monsters: 115% → 100%
Malphite continues to be a rock-solid pick, but he's bringing a bit too much damage and durability to the Rift. We're further reducing his burst potential and survivability to give opponents more opportunities to fight back.
Granite Shield
- •Maximum Health ratio: 11% → 10%
Thunderclap
- •Base damage of the first attack: 40/60/80/100 → 30/45/60/75
- •Armor ratio of the first attack: 30% → 20%
Samira has been showing off a little too much since her last round of buffs. We're partially reverting some of the scaling increases to her abilities to bring her power back in line without undoing all of her recent improvements
Flair
- •Attack Damage ratio: 125% → 115%
Inferno Trigger
- •Attack Damage ratio: 50% → 45%
Singed has been a dominant force in both Baron Lane and Mid Lane for quite some time. We're looking to tone down his laning and teamfighting power in the early and mid game, as well as his ability to disrupt enemy teams in the late game.

- •Movement Speed: 355 → 350
Mega Adhesive
- •Cooldown: 11s → 14/13/12/11s
Fling

The recent marksman item overhaul and Critical Strike Damage adjustments have left Miss Fortune's builds struggling to keep up. We're giving her a small boost to help her find her footing again and bring her performance back in line with other marksmen.
Love Tap
- •Bonus Attack Damage Multiplier: 40%→ 50%
Bullet Time
- •Critical Strike Damage: 130% ~ 139% (Based on crit stats) → 135% ~ 145.5%(Based on crit stats)
Items
Divine Sunderer's high cost has made it difficult to compete with other first-item options. We're lowering its price to help its users reach their power spikes sooner and make it a more appealing early purchase.
Base Stats
- •Price: 3400 → 3300
Essence Reaver and its intended users have been falling behind in the current meta. We're giving the item a boost to help it compete with other options and make it a more appealing choice for champions who rely on it.
Base Stats
- •Attack Damage: 50 → 55
Fiendhunter Bolts and its intended users are still struggling to keep up with other options. We're giving the item a straightforward stat boost to help its users pack a bigger punch after casting their ultimate.
Opening Barrage
- •Normal Critical Strike Damage: 80% → 85%
- •True Damage: 15% → 17.5%
Base Stats
- •Heal and Shield Power: 8% → 6%
Stormrazor has become a go-to choice for marksmen, boasting both a high pick rate and strong win rate. Its Movement Speed boost has made it a little too easy to kite opponents while dishing out significant damage, so we're dialing back the effect to give opponents more opportunities to fight back.
Bolt
- •Damage: 120 → 100
- •Movement Speed: 45% → 35%
Whispering Circlet and Diadem of Songs continue to outshine other enchanter support options. We're trimming some of their base stats to bring their power more in line with other support items and encourage greater build diversity.
Base Stats
- •Heal and Shield Power: 8% → 6%
