Starsurge
- •New effect: When destroyed by Wind Wall or Unbreakable, Starsurge's central core now visually disperses rather than instantly vanishing.
- •Bug Fix: Now properly stuns Braum when blocked by Unbreakable.
Missile Barrage
- •AD ratio increased to 20/60/100% AD from 20/50/80% AD.
Relentless Assault
- •New Effect: Stacks fall off one at a time rather than all at once.
General
- •Base health increased to 520 from 500.
Threaded Volley
- •New Effect: Now deals 50% bonus damage to minions.
Glacial Storm
- •Mana cost per second increased to 40/50/60 from 30/45/60.
Arise!
- •Removed: Casting on top of turrets to damage them.
Emperor's Divide
- •Wall duration reduced to 3 seconds at all ranks from 5/6/7.
- •Removed: Bonus movement speed to allies or Azir on pass-through.
Mark of the Kindred
- •Champion mark cooldown reduced to 75 seconds from 90.
- •Wolf now marks jungle monsters based on Kindred current stacks:
- •0 – 2 Marks: Rift Scuttler or Crimson Raptor
- •3 – 4 Marks: Ancient Krug, Crimson Raptor, Gromp, or Greater Murk Wolf
- •5 – 7 Marks: Blue Sentinel, Red Brambleback, Rift Herald, or Dragon
- •7+ Marks: Baron Nashor or Elder Dragon
Dance of Arrows
- •Base damage reduced to 55/75/95/115/135 from 60/90/120/150/180.
- •Bounties increase Dance of Arrows damage by 5 per stack (uncapped).
- •Note: The breakpoint at which both values match is at 1/3/5/7/9 Mark of the Kindred, with the new value starting with lower damage below that amount and greater damage thereafter.
Wolf's Frenzy
- •Bug Fix: Fixed a bug where Wolf would occasionally stop damaging targets that entered his range during Wolf's Frenzy.
Mounting Dread
- •slow reduced to 50% from 70%.
- •Base damage reduced to 40/75/110/145/180 from 60/90/120/150/180.
Lightslinger
- •The second shot no longer procs Runaan's Hurricane or Guinsoo's Rageblade, since it’s not a basic attack.
Piercing Light
- •AD ratio reduced to 60/70/80/90/100% bonus AD from 60/75/90/105/120% bonus AD.
- •Total range reduced to 900 from 1100.
- •Clarity: Visuals better match the size of the beam.
Ardent Blaze
- •Range reduced to 900 from 1000.

- •Base health regeneration reduced to 7 from 8.678.
- •Health regeneration growth reduced to 0.75 from 0.85.
Arcane Smash
- •Cooldown increased to 8/7.5/7/6.5/6 from 6 at all ranks.
Overload
- •Base damage reduced to 60/90/120/150/180 from 60/95/130/165/200.
Desperate Power
- •Cooldown increased to 50 seconds at all ranks from 50/40/30.
Decrepify
- •Base damage reduced to 30/47.5/65/82.5/100 from 30/50/70/90/110.
Ravenous Flock
- •Base heal vs. champions reduced to 20/30/40 from 30/45/60.
- •Correction: Actual AP ratio for heal against champions is 12% AP instead of 10% AP.
Razor Shuriken
- •Base damage reduced to 70/105/140/175/210 from 75/115/155/195/235.
- •AD ratio reduced to 90% bonus AD from 100% bonus AD.
- •Damage reduction for Razor Shurikens beyond the first reduced to 25% from 50%.
Noxious Blast
- •Bug Fix: Range indicator has been extended to match its cast range.
Miasma
- •Bug Fix: Champion standing in Miasma can no longer dash using the second cast of Mark.
Apprehend
- •Bug Fix: Fixed a bug where Apprehend wasn't properly pulling in enemies that were mid-dash during its cast.
Whirling Death
- •Bug Fix: Fixed a bug where Draven couldn't recast Whirling Death while root.
Z-Drive Resonance
- •On-target cooldown increased to 5 seconds from 3.
Timewinder
- •Outgoing AP ratio increased to 20% AP from 10% AP.
- •Incoming base damage reduced to 40/65/90/115/140 from 60/85/110/135/160.
Parallel Convergence
- •Stun duration reduced to 1.75 seconds from 2.25.
Chronobreak
- •Base damage reduced to 150/300/450 from 200/350/500.
- •AP ratio increased to 150% AP from 130% AP.
- •Note: The breakpoint at which both values match is 250 AP, with the new value starting with lower damage below that amount and greater damage thereafter.

- •Clarity: All tooltips updated.
Tentacle Smash
- •Passive changed to 10/15/20/25/30% increased damage from increasing the AD ratio by 0/10/20/30/40% AD.
Harsh Lesson
- •Damage changed to 3/3.5/4/4.5/5% (+ 2% per 100 AD ) of target's maximum health from 15/35/55/75/95 (+ 10% AD). The new damage is capped at 300 against non-champions.
Test of Spirit
- •Slow duration reduced to 1.5 seconds from 2.
- •Removed: slow decay.
Malefic Visions
- •Bug Fix: Voidlings no longer get confused if a target afflicted by Malefic Visions enters brush.
Flamespitter
- •Bug Fix: Now turns to face his target on basic attack command, rather than basic attack execution (like Gatling Gun).
King's Tribute
- •Bug Fix: No longer procs when Death Mark shadow expires.
Plasma Fission
- •Slow decaying duration increased to 1/1.4/1.8/2.2/2.6 seconds from 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2.
Lifeform Disintegration Ray
- •Base damage reduced to 450/625/800 from 500/725/950.
- •New Effect: Damaged enemies gain a Organic Deconstruction stack once every 0.7 seconds, up to 3 stacks.
- •Enemies that become Organic Deconstruction during Lifeform Disintegration Ray take true damage for the remainder of its duration.
Transfusion and Tides of Blood
- •Bug Fix: Restored voiceover lines for these abilities.
Mega Inferno Bomb
- •Bug Fix: Fixed a bug where Ziggs decided to take a short walk forward before casting Mega Inferno Bomb at max range.
