League of Legends (PC) switch games?
Galeforce has been changed in 13 League of Legends patches. 1 buff, 6 nerfs, 4 adjustments. Most recently nerfed in Patch 13.14.
Galeforce launched far too strong in midseason and has become balanced in the hands of the majority of players. But considering it's an active item, it's even stronger at the highest levels of play where AD carries are a little overpowered. We think lowering the impact of the active will bridge that gap a little. Infinity Edge is also receiving a small buff this patch, so champions like Caitlyn and Jinx can simply sidegrade over to another Mythic option, while those who are more hardbound like Nilah already perform very well and can safely lose a bit of power.

- Cooldown increased to 120 seconds from 90.
Galeforce is a bit overpowered on marksmen and overperforms substantially on both Yasuo and Yone, so the critical strike ratio is being replaced with an AD one. The risk here (and the reason it initially had crit scaling) is poaching by assassins, but an overall reduction in power should keep the item in line for all users across the board. Some players (and one champion) might be pleased to know it takes 444.4444 bonus attack damage to match the damage from the old crit scaling.

Despite popular opinion heading into the patch, it turns out Galeforce is indeed strong, even with the opportunity cost of Infinity Edge and Navori Quickblades. We're walking back some of the preemptive buffs it got heading into 13.10, specifically targeting its strongest synergies in Yasuo and Yone, where the item far exceeds their other options.

- Critical strike chance ratio per missile reduced to 66.6% critical strike chance from 83.3%.
- Bonus damage reduced to 0 to 50% (based on target's missing health) from 0 to 60% (based on target's missing health).
Galeforce is the one crit mythic item that’s remaining mythic. The opportunity cost of Infinity Edge, Quickblades, or Rageblade is meaningful in terms of DPS but if your path to victory is through helping assassinate a squishy champion (or not being assassinated yourself), 90% DPS is much better than 0%. The specific numbers on Galeforce land it squarely stronger than the old version against squishies but requires building more crit chance to make use of that power, which should help keep it from being poached by assassins.

- Mythic Passive: Empowers other Legendary items with 5 bonus attack damage.

- Stats: 80 attack damage, 35% attack speed, 20% critical strike chance.
Galeforce has been the go-to marksman mythic for a while now and has made hypercarries like Jinx and Aphelios a bit too safe in Pro play. We’re increasing Galeforce’s active cooldown to give opponents larger windows to punish scaling marksmen before they reach their endgame.

Galeforce is outperforming the other marksmen Mythics, both in the “crit chance” space and for champions who can flex into Lethality. As such, we’re pulling back some of the power we gave Galeforce in earlier patches.
