Passive - Break the Mold

Innate: Rell's basic attacks deal bonus magic damage on-hit equal to the sum of 5% of her total armor and 5% of her total magic resistance.

Innate: Rell's basic attacks on-hit and abilities against non- minions apply a stack of Break The Mold for 5 seconds, refreshing on subsequent hits and stacking up to 5 times. Each stack reduces the target's armor and magic resistance by 3% for a maximum of 15% reduction.

Rell gains bonus armor and bonus magic resistance equal to the sum resistances reduced from all afflicted enemies.

Break the Mold will reduce the target's armor and magic resistance by a minimum of 1.5 - 3.18 (based on level).

Rell will not lunge forward after the cast time if she was immobilize, ground, or silence during it. She is also lockout for 0.35 seconds after the cast time.

Active: Rell becomes Dismounted: and dash to the target location over the cast time, granting herself a shield that lasts until destroyed or casting Ferromancy: Mount Up. Upon arrival, she deals magic damage to nearby enemies, stun them for 0.8 seconds, and airborne for 0.4 seconds. She will continue dash forward another 320 units over 0.5 seconds, though not through terrain, affecting further enemies along her path.

While Rell is Dismounted: , she can cast Ferromancy: Mount Up. Upon completing a Recall channel or respawning, Rell will automatically revert to Mounted: form without casting the ability and reset Ferromancy: Mount Up cooldown.

This ability can be cast only while Rell is Mounted: . Rell can cast Magnet Storm during the dash, and is considered to be dismounted at the start of the cast time.

Active: Rell becomes Mounted: , gaining 30% bonus movement speed decaying over 2 seconds and empowering her next basic attack within 3.5 seconds to have a 0.2 -second cast time, gain 100 bonus attack range and 40% bonus attack speed, and cause her to dash at the target's location. Upon arrival or collision of the charge, her basic attack deals bonus magic damage, stun the target for 0.6 seconds, and airborne them 150 units over herself, though not through terrain, over 0.4 seconds.

While Rell is Mounted: , she can cast Ferromancy: Crash Down.

Ferromancy: Mount Up basic attack reset Rell's basic attack timer. This ability can be cast only while Rell is Dismounted: .

Active: Rell powers up herself and the target allied champion for 3 seconds, both gaining 10% bonus movement speed, increased to 25% while facing the empowered ally or a sight enemy champion.

Additionally, Rell's next basic attack or Shattering Strike within 5 seconds creates an explosion around the target that deals bonus magic damage, capped at 150 - 317.65 (based on level) against monsters and structures.

If cast without a valid target, or self-cast, Full Tilt will automatically target the closest allied champion in range.

  • Removed: While Rell is Mounted, no longer gains 5 to 15% (based on level) bonus movement speed, which is only 20 to 40% (based on level) as effective for 3 seconds when she takes damage from non-minions and is removed for 4 seconds when she becomes immobilize or polymorph.
  • Damage against monsters increased to 250% from 100%.
  • Base damage reduced to 70/100/130/160/190 from 70/105/140/175/210.
  • Base shield reduced to 30/55/80/105/130 from 35/60/85/110/135.
  • Shield health ratio reduced to 10% maximum health from 12%.
  • Slide distance reduced to 320 units from 375.

  • New Effect: Now passively grants her 15/20/25/30/35% bonus attack speed and 75 bonus attack range while dismounted.
  • New Effect: Now reduces her movement speed by 15% while dismounted.
  • Bonus resistances increased to 12% from 10%.
  • Removed: Base movement speed is no longer modified to 280 while dismounted.
  • Removed: Movement speed is no longer capped at 290 to 400 (based on level) while dismounted.
  • Damage against monsters increased to 250% from 100%.
  • New Effect: Active now grants 30% bonus movement speed decaying over 2 seconds.
  • Removed: Active no longer grants 15% bonus movement speed for 3.5 seconds, increased to 25/30/35/40/45% while moving towards enemy champions.

  • Passive - Mounted Alacrity: While Mounted, Rell gains 5 to 50 (based on level) bonus movement speed, reduced to 50% effectiveness while in combat.
  • Active: Rell powers up herself and the target allied champion for 3 seconds, both gaining bonus movement speed that ramps up from 75% of the maximum value over the first 2 seconds, up to 15/17.5/20/22.5/25%, doubled to 30/35/40/45/50% while moving towards enemies or an empowered ally within 1200 units. Additionally, Rell's next basic attack or Shattering Strike within 5 seconds creates an explosion in a 300 unit radius, dealing 25/35/45/55/65 (+ 30% AP) (+ 2/2.5/3/3.5/4% of target's maximum health) magic damage, increased to 250% against monsters. Against structures, does not apply the damage based on the target's health.

The Iron Maiden

Break the Mold (Innate)

  • Innate: Rell's basic attacks steal 10% of the target's armor and magic resistance for 4 seconds and deal bonus magic damage equal to 8 to 16 (based on level) plus the total amount of armor and magic resistance stolen. Enemies can only be stolen from once but multiple enemies can be stolen from at a time. Subsequent attacks against a target that is already stolen from will only refresh the duration of the effect and attacking an enemy champion refreshes the duration for all nearby afflicted enemies.
  • Break the Mold steals a minimum of 5 to 12 (based on level) armor and magic resistance, reduced to 0.5 to 2 (based on level) against minions.

Shattering Strike (Q)

  • Active: Rell thrusts her lance in the target direction, destroying damage-mitigating shield of enemies hit before dealing them 70/105/140/175/210 (+ 50% AP) magic damage, reduced to 50% against enemies beyond the first. The first enemy hit is also afflicted with Break the Mold.
  • If Rell is tethered with Attract and Repel, she and the bound ally heal for 10/15/20/25/30 (+ 30% AP) (+ 5% of missing health) for each enemy champion hit.
  • Mana Cost: 50.
  • Cooldown: 9/8/7/6/5 seconds.
  • Cast Time: 0.35 seconds.

Ferromancy: Crash Down (W)

  • Passive: While mounted, Rell gains 5 to 15% (based on level) bonus movement speed, which is only 25 to 38% (based on level) as effective for 3 seconds when she takes damage from non-minions and is removed for 4 seconds when she becomes immobilize.
  • Active: Rell dash to the target location over 1.5 seconds, transforming her mount into durable armor and upon impact dealing 70/105/140/175/210 (+ 40% AP) magic damage to nearby enemies and airborne for 1 second.
  • While dismounted, she gains the ability to cast Ferromancy: Mount Up.
  • This ability can only be cast while mounted. Rell can cast Attract and Repel and Magnet Storm during the transformation.

Ferromancy: Mount Up (W)

  • Passive: While dismounted, Rell gains 10% bonus armor and 10% bonus magic resistance and a shield for 40/70/100/130/160 (+ 13% of maximum health) that lasts until destroyed or casting Ferromancy: Mount Up, but her base movement speed is modified to 250.
  • Active: Rell transforms her armor into a mount, gaining 15% bonus movement speed for 3.5 seconds, increased to 25/30/35/40/45% when moving towards enemy champions, and empowering her next basic attack within the duration to have a 0.2-second cast time, gain 100 bonus attack range, deal 10/25/40/55/70 (+ 30% AP) bonus magic damage, dash at the target, stun them for 1 second, and airborne them over herself, as well as end the effect early.
  • While mounted, she gains the ability to cast Ferromancy: Crash Down.
  • This ability can only be cast while dismounted.

Attract and Repel (E)

  • Passive: Rell forms a tether between her and the ally bound by Attract and Repel, which is disabled while the remaining cooldown is greater than 2.5 seconds. While the tether persists, the ally gains 10% bonus armor and 10% bonus magic resistance.
  • Active: Rell magnetically binds herself and the allied champion nearest to the cursor with Attract and Repel. Rell can then recast Attract and Repel while the tether persists.
  • Recast: Rell erupts the tether, dealing 80/120/160/200/240 (+ 30% AP) magic damage to and stun all enemies between and around her and the bound ally for 0.75 seconds.
  • Rell can self-target to dispel the current bind. Only one ally can be bound at a time, and selecting a new ally overrides the previous bind. Attract and Repel will incur a 2.5-second cooldown with no cost if Rell binds to an ally or self-targets.

Magnet Storm (R)

  • Active: Rell erupts with magnetic fury, airborne all nearby enemies towards her and creating a field of gravitational force around her for the next 2 seconds that deals 15/20/25/30/35 (+ 8.75% AP) magic damage to nearby enemies every 0.25 seconds over the duration and continuously kinematics them towards her.
  • Mana Cost: 100.
  • Cooldown: 120/110/100/90/80 seconds.
  • Cast Time: 0.25 seconds.
