Q follow up adjusted, cast range increased, now refunds cooldown when used on non-Epic monsters. W adjusted, now gives allies bonus on-hit damage, vision from spawn duration increased, brush despawn conditions changed. E shield now refreshes if no enemies were hit by the detonation. Daisy stats adjusted, Slam! Damage increased.
Friend of the Forest
- •Removed: Starting at level 5, freeing the Red Brambleback or the Blue Sentinel no longer leaves behind a sapling for 60 seconds that can be gathered by one allied champion to gain the camp's respective buff, either the Crest of Cinders or the Crest of Insight. If an ally kills either monster, they also leave behind a sapling that only Ivern can consume.
Rootcaller
- •Cast range increased to 1150 units from 1100.
- •New Effect: Recasting now dashes Ivern to on top of the enemy instead of at attack range.
- •New Effect: Selecting a rooted target now dashes Ivern to his actual attack range instead of to 125 units.
- •New Effect: Daisy! now dashes to rooted minions.
- •New Effect: Hitting a non-epic monster reduces its cooldown by 50%.
Brushmaker
- •Recharge time reduced to 20 seconds at all ranks from 40/36/32/28/24.
- •New Effect: Now grants allied champions within the spawned brush 5/7.5/10/12.5/15 (+ 10% of Ivern's AP) bonus magic damage on-hit on their basic attacks, lingering for 1.5 seconds after leaving the brush.
- •Area sight duration increased to 8 seconds from 3.
- •Brush duration increased to 45 seconds from 30.
- •New Effect: Brushes now despawn instantly after allied sight of them is lost.

Full Tilt - New E
- •Cost: 40 mana.
- •Cooldown: 15 seconds.
- •Range: 1200 units.
- •Passive - Mounted Alacrity: While Mounted, Rell gains 5 to 50 (based on level) bonus movement speed, reduced to 50% effectiveness while in combat.
- •Active: Rell powers up herself and the target allied champion for 3 seconds, both gaining bonus movement speed that ramps up from 75% of the maximum value over the first 2 seconds, up to 15/17.5/20/22.5/25%, doubled to 30/35/40/45/50% while moving towards enemies or an empowered ally within 1200 units. Additionally, Rell's next basic attack or Shattering Strike within 5 seconds creates an explosion in a 300 unit radius, dealing 25/35/45/55/65 (+ 30% AP) (+ 2/2.5/3/3.5/4% of target's maximum health) magic damage, increased to 250% against monsters. Against structures, does not apply the damage based on the target's health.
Hijack
- •Bug Fix: No longer sometimes becomes disabled if the caster dies during the cast time of a hijacked Weaver's Wall.
- •Bug Fix: No longer causes a giant wall to appear when using the PROJECT skin with specific ultimates.
Spell Thief
- •Bug Fix: No longer drops shards for the removed active of Prowler's Claw.

- •Nightstalker bonus damage increased to 0 to 20% (based on target's missing health) from 0 to 15%.
- •Bug Fix: Nightstalker's untargetability now properly renders the user invalid to abilities even if they were cast before the fact

- •New Effect: After the pet's final evolution, killing the Blue Sentinel or Red Brambleback also leaves behind a wisp of the Crest of Insight or Crest of Cinders buff in their jungle camp for 60 seconds that can be picked up by an allied champion from moving near the camp.
- •Additionally, allied champions that kill buff monsters will also leave behind a buff wisp for the same duration that is only visible to and obtainable by other allies with a fully evolved pet.
Crit marksmen are dealing too much magic damage in long engagements, so we're switching Kraken Slayer to deal physical damage instead of magic. Because champions all have more armor than magic resist, this necessitates increasing its numbers just to keep it power-neutral. In addition, we're looking to buff Kraken Slayer slightly. Now Kraken will deal more damage to minions in all contexts and typically deal more damage to champions after building some form of armor penetration. Otherwise, the numbers should be pretty similar against most targets. One final note: Because more of its damage is coming from base damage, low-AD builds like Rageblade on-hit builds are even more buffed here, where the item is severely underperforming.

Moonstone Renewer is weaker compared to the other Support Mythic item options, so we want to bring it more in line so it feels like a choice worth making. We’re planning to do this by doubling up on healing in order to make it a more useful tool for the champions looking to buy this item, namely, healers. We also fixed a bug for Moonstone that was not visually reflecting the chain and another where the AOE shield was not functioning properly.

Shiv launched a bit underpowered. Its gold efficiency is in a reasonable spot, so we're amping up its more unique aspects. While we've seen some mages like Veigar try this item out, it doesn't appear to be too powerful in their hands, so we’re leaving the AP ratio in place.

Echoes of Helia is too strong at healing, no way around it. We envision Echoes as an offensive enchanter item that excels in skirmishes, but right now it's just performing too well, especially when it comes to healing (which starts to get into Moonstone’s niche). Going forward we’ll be keeping an eye on this item’s healing outputs, but will mainly be focusing on crafting it into a support damage item option.

Despite popular opinion heading into the patch, it turns out Galeforce is indeed strong, even with the opportunity cost of Infinity Edge and Navori Quickblades. We're walking back some of the preemptive buffs it got heading into 13.10, specifically targeting its strongest synergies in Yasuo and Yone, where the item far exceeds their other options.
