Tumble
- AD ratio reduced from 40/50/60/70% AD to 35/45/55/65%.
Final Hour
- Bonus attack damage reduced from 20/30/40 to 15/25/35.
Final Hour
- Cooldown increased from 65/60/55 seconds to 70/65/60.
Tumble
- Cooldown increased from 4.4/3.6/2.8/2 seconds to 5/4/3/2.
Vayne’s second ability was overly strong against high-health champions in the early stages of the game (looking at you, top lane Vayne). To address this, we’ve adjusted the mechanics of her second ability, making its activation less punishing and more forgiving in terms of timing.
Silver Bolts
- Bonus attack speed reduced from 40/45/50/55% to 15/20/25/30%.
- Removed: No longer heals for the damage dealt by Silver Bolts.
- New effect: Vayne gains 10% omnivamp for the duration.
Stats
- Base health increased from 540 to 670.
- Armor growth increased from 4.3 to 4.5.
- Health growth increased from 105 to 120.
- Magic resistance growth increased from 0.8 to 1.4.
Some Vayne players found a method of playing her that does not suit her role, and it creates a negative experience for both her enemies and her teammates. We adjusted some of her abilities and attributes, so she will perform better in her traditional duo lane role.
Stats
- Attack damage growth increased from 2.65 to 3.
Tumble
- Cooldown increased from 3.5/3/2.5/2 seconds to 4.4/3.6/2.8/2.
Yup same thing.
Stats
- Base attack damage reduced from 58 to 54.
- Attack speed growth increased from 2.2% to 2.7%.
Marksmen rely heavily on attack speed, and since all of our adjustments to the runes and boots systems, Vayne has gained too many benefits. We’re slightly adjusting her attack speed per level and lowering some of her survivability so that if you pick Vayne in the Baron Lane you’ll face more risks in the earlier stages of the game.
Stats
- Attack speed growth reduced from 3.2% to 2.2%.
Night Hunter
- Bonus movement speed toward enemy champions reduced from 15/20/30 (at level 1/5/9) to 10/15/20 (at level 1/5/9).
Condemn
- Cooldown increased from 18/19/20/21 seconds to 21/18/15/12.
Vayne loves to daringly dance on the edge of fights, so we’re fine-tuning her skills to resonate with that high-risk, high-reward heroic gameplay she likes to lean on. In the earlier stages of the game, she should be honing her hunting skills and relying on her support, rather than venturing out alone.
Stats
- Base health reduced from 570 to 540.
- Base armor reduced from 35 to 31.
Condemn
- AD ratio increased from 50% AD to 55%.
Vayne doesn’t rely on crit as much as other marksmen do, so she didn’t benefit much from our changes last patch. And since the strength of marksmen have increased overall, we’re going to give some buffs to Vayne’s stats to put her on the same level as everyone else.
Stats
- Base attack speed bonus increased from 20% to 30%.
- Attack speed growth increased from 2.2% to 3.2%.
Stats
- Base attack range increased from 550 to 575.
- Base movement speed increased from 325 to 335.
Condemn
- Target range increased from 550 to 575.
- Removed: Terrain hit damage no longer interacts with Infinity Edge.
Final Hour
- Cooldown reduced from 75/65/55 seconds to 65/60/55.
The Night Hunter has been hunting a little too well during her Final Hour, so we’re cutting down on both the movement speed bonus and the extra damage she gains during her ultimate.
Night Hunter
- Final Hour bonus movement speed reduced from 90 to 70.
Final Hour
- Bonus attack damage reduced from 30/40/50 to 20/30/40.
Vayne has been dominating in high level play recently. We’re cutting back on some of her sustain to give her opponents some room to punish her during the laning phase.
Silver Bolts
- Heal reduced from 60% to 40%.
- Cooldown increased from 16/15/14/13 seconds to 18/17/16/15.
Vayne is slightly underperforming, so we are bumping up her ability to duel squishier targets. This should help the Night Hunter stay on her feet in general, but especially early in Dragon lane.
Silver Bolts
- Base damage increased from 30/50/70/90 to 50/65/80/95.
Final Hour
- Cooldown reduced from 80/70/60 seconds to 75/65/55.
Vayne’s ultimate, while strong overall, is pretty weak in the early game. We’re making Final Hour a reasonable option for her to help her in lane duels.
Final Hour
- Bonus AD increased from 20/30/40 to 30/40/50.
- Cooldown reduced from 90/75/60 seconds to 80/70/60.
Vayne is a bit weaker in the duo lane than we’d like and is at risk for being the most affected by the Blade of the Ruined King changes (see below). Doing some preemptive light buffs that we think make her stronger when sharing lane with a partner than by herself.
Condemn
- Terrain hit damage increased from 75/120/165/210 to 105/145/185/225.
Final Hour
- Cooldown reduced from 100/80/60 seconds to 90/75/60.
Stats
- Base mana regeneration reduced from 12 to 9.
Final Hour
- Mana cost increased from 80 to 100.
Vayne in the Duo lane seems legit, but Vayne in the Solo lane is simply not fun to play against. We’re making her more vulnerable by reducing her movespeed. (2) Silver Bolts is also taking a large hit, since she seemed to be doing way too much true damage, which has little counterplay.
Stats
- Base movement speed reduced from 330 to 325.
Night Hunter
- Bonus movement speed changed from 30 at all levels to 15/20/30 (at level 1/5/9).
Silver Bolts
- Base damage reduced from 50/70/90/110 to 30/50/70/90.
Vayne added to Wild Rift
Vayne’s mobility and kiting, as well as her late-game damage, was making her scarier than intended. We still think Vayne’s identity as a late-game carry is important to her playstyle, but she should probably have to work harder to get there.
(2) Silver Bolts (active)
- AS: 45/60/75/90% → 40/45/50/55%
(Ult) Final Hour
- CD: 80/70/60s → 100/80/60s
