No need to “wahri”, we’re buffing some of Ahri’s regen and flexibility, so that she can pounce around teamfights and kite her enemies more smoothly.

Essence Theft

  • Champion takedown base heal increased from 70/110/150/190 (at level 1/5/9/13) to 80/120/160/200 (at level 1/5/9/13).
  • Champion takedown heal AP ratio increased from 30% AP to 35%.

Fox-Fire

  • Bonus movement speed increased from 40% to 45%.

As the game progresses into the later stages, Ninja Tabis begin to become weaker, since everyone has reached or is close to reaching their full builds. So we’ve made some adjustments so that Lee Sin doesn’t fall off as much when other champions reach their full builds.

Sonic Wave

  • Cooldown reduced from 10/9/8/7 seconds to 9/8/7/6.

Safeguard

  • Cooldown reduced from 17 seconds at all ranks to 17/16/15/14.

Tempest

  • Cooldown reduced from 10 seconds to 8.
  • AD ratio increased from 100% bonus AD to 125%.

Dragon's Rage

  • Base damage increased from 175/400/625 to 200/425/650.
Morgana Wild Rift Patch NotesWRMorganaBuff

Compared to her peers, Morgana is not performing well in the early and mid stages of the game. We’re buffing the damage from her abilities and her shield so that she can better protect her teammates in the earlier stages of the game.

Tormented Shadow

  • Base damage per tick increased from 5/10/15/20 to 7/12/17/22.

Black Shield

  • Cooldown reduced from 16/14/12/10 seconds to 13/12/11/10.

Samira has been struggling when going up against her foes in the Dragon Lane. Since she’s a marksman who needs to look for engages, rather than playing it safe and farming from afar, we feel Samira is not dealing the amount of damage she should for the risk she has to take. So we’re increasing some of her damage so that she is rewarded for the risky plays she needs to make to give her the advantage over her foes.

Daredevil Impulse

  • Bonus movement speed per stack increased from 2.5% to 3.5%.

Flair

  • Base damage increased 10/15/20/25 to 15/20/25/30.
  • AD ratio increased from 80/95/110/125% AD 90/105/120/135%.

Inferno Trigger

  • Mana cost reduced from 100/50/0 to 60/30/0.
  • AD ratio increased from 50% AD to 55%.

It’s been a minute since we’ve shown our favorite scout Teemo some love, and we feel there's “mush-room” for some improvements! Since Teemo has some unique aspects to his kit, we’re going to give him more room to deal more damage in the mid to late stages of the game, which will allow Teemo to provide more help to his team after the laning stage.

Toxic Shot

  • Poison base damage per tick increased from 7 to 35 (based on level) to 8 to 50 (based on level).
  • Poison AP ratio increased from 7.5% AP to 9%.

Move Quick

  • Cooldown reduced from 17 seconds at all ranks to 17/16/15/14.

Noxious Trap

  • Detonation base damage increased from 100/150/200 to 125/175/225.

Tryndamere is struggling to go toe to toe with other carry champions in the Baron Lane, especially in higher levels of play, so we’re buffing his regeneration which should help him perform better in lane.

Bloodlust

  • Heal per Fury increased from 0.7/1.3/1.9/2.5 to 1/1.6/2.2/2.8.

Mocking Shout

  • Cooldown reduced from 14 seconds to 12.

After her rework, Annie has been burning her foes to a crisp with her high damage burst and pouncing Tibbers. To give her opponents more options when they’re playing against her we’re lowering some of the damage she and her furry friend can deal.

Pyromania

  • Stun duration reduced from 1.25/1.5/1.75 (at level 1/6/11) seconds to 1/1.25/1.5 (at level 1/6/11).

Disintegrate

  • Base damage reduced from 80/130/180/230 to 80/125/170/215.

Molten Shield

  • Cooldown changed from 14/13/12/11 seconds to 14 at all ranks.
  • Base shield reduced from 50/110/170/230 to 50/100/150/200.
  • Bonus movement speed reduced from 30/35/40/45% to 20/25/30/35%.

Summon: Tibbers

  • First cast base damage reduced from 140/250/360 to 130/230/330.
  • Second cast base damage reduced from 120/170/220 to 110/150/190.
  • Second cast AP ratio reduced from 40% AP to 30%.
  • Second cast target range reduced from 800 to 700.

Jhin is overpowering other marksmen in the early and mid game with his damage, and we “four-shadow” if we don’t make any adjustments this will continue. So we’re nerfing some of the damage he can deal.

Whisper

  • Health ratio reduced from 14 to 25% (based on level) target's maximum health to 10 to 25% (based on level).

Deadly Flourish

  • Base damage changed from 50/100/150/200 to 60/100/140/180.
  • AD ratio reduced from 50% AD to 40%.

In our previous patches, we nerfed Ornn’s damage so that he would fit into the role of the beefy tank for your team, but we’ve seen that he is still surviving much better than any other tank champions in the game. So, we’re nerfing his ability to stay in longer teamfights, and also nerfing his laning and pushing ability in the earlier stages of the game.

Living Forge

  • Bonus health, armor, and magic resistance reduced from 7 to 28% (based on level) to 7 to 22% (based on level).

Bellows Breath

  • Brittle damage reduced from 5 to 24 (based on level) target's maximum health to 5 to 20% (based on level)
  • Minimum damage against minions changed from 110/160/210/260 to 80/130/180/230.

Since Vladimir’s release, he has ruled the rift with his excellent sustain and high damage in the later stages of the game. On top of that, he’s also performing well in every lane, so we’re adjusting him to even the playing field.

Transfusion

  • Empowered heal reduced from 32 to 200 (based on level) to 30 to 170 (based on level).
  • Empowered heal AP health ratio reduced from 4% missing health per 100 AP to 5%.

Sanguine Pool

  • Health ratio reduced from 3% maximum health to 2%.

Tides of Blood

  • Base damage reduced from 30/50/70/90 to 20/40/60/80.
  • AP ratio reduced from 40% AP to 35%.
  • Health ratio reduced from 3% maximum health to 2.5%.

Marksmen rely heavily on attack speed, and since all of our adjustments to the runes and boots systems, Vayne has gained too many benefits. We’re slightly adjusting her attack speed per level and lowering some of her survivability so that if you pick Vayne in the Baron Lane you’ll face more risks in the earlier stages of the game.

Stats

  • Attack speed growth reduced from 3.2% to 2.2%.

Night Hunter

  • Bonus movement speed toward enemy champions reduced from 15/20/30 (at level 1/5/9) to 10/15/20 (at level 1/5/9).

Condemn

  • Cooldown increased from 18/19/20/21 seconds to 21/18/15/12.

Unique Passive - Colossal Consumption:

  • Enemy champions within 650 units will generate stacks over 3 seconds, expiring out of range and stacking up to 6 times. Your next basic attack against a target with maximum stacks will consume them all to deal 125 (+ 6% maximum health) bonus physical damage on-hit and grant you permanent bonus health equal to 10% of that amount (30 second cooldown per target).
  • Limited to 1 Heartsteel.
