Recipe:
UNIQUE Passive - Surge: +5% move speed.
UNIQUE Passive - Chaos: Gain 25 bonus attack damage or 50 ability power (Adaptive).
UNIQUE Passive - Wrath: Basic attacks deal 30% bonus magic damage on-hit, but no longer critically strike. This magic damage is increased by 0 to 75 - formula= 1.5 for every 1% critical rate, up to 50% critical rate.
UNIQUE Passive - Seething Strike: Basic attacks grant 8% bonus attack speed for 3 seconds, stacking up to 32%. At maximum stacks, basic attacks on-attack also generate a Phantom stack for 6 seconds, stacking up to 3 times upon which they are consumed on-attack to trigger a Phantom Hit that applies on-hit effects to the target after a 0.15-second delay.

  • Nashor's Talon + Recurve Bow + 900 gold = 3100 gold.

Stats:

  • 30% attack speed.
