- Duration increased from 3 seconds to 6.
- Cooldown reduced from 20 seconds to 10.

ChangeNew Recipe:
- Dagger + Long Sword + Zeal + 400 gold = 2800 gold.
- Old Recipe: Brawler's Gloves + Dagger + Noonquiver + 650 gold = 3000 gold.
- Attack damage reduced from 25 to 20.
- Attack speed increased from 30% to 40%.
Unique Passive - Spectral Waltz
- New: Your next basic attack against a champion will grant 25% bonus attack speed and 7% bonus move speed for 3 seconds, Critical strikes against champions will extend the duration by 1 second (20s Cooldown). Basic attacks on-attack reduce the remaining cooldown by 1 second.
- Old: Basic attacks on-attack grant 7% bonus move speed and generate a stack of Spectral Waltz for 3 seconds. Spectral Waltz refreshes on subsequent hits and stacks up to 4 times, upon which you gain 25% bonus attack speed.

- Old Recipe: Noonquiver + Zeal + 500 gold = 3000 gold.

NerfWhen picked up as a first item, Phantom Dancer has proven to be too strong. So we’re increasing its cost and lowering how much attack speed it grants.

- Bonus attack speed reduced from 30% to 25%.
Patch 4.2
ChangeWe’re going to be giving Phantom Dancer a new passive, while moving its old one to Immortal Shieldbow. The new passive we’re giving it fits Phantom Dancer much better, and will be a more satisfying pickup for champions who’s build is focused on crit.
New:
- Recipe: Noonquiver + Zeal + 1000 gold = 2900 gold
- Stats: 25 attack damage, 30% attack speed, 25% critical strike chance.
- Unique Passive - Shadowwalk: +5% movement speed.
- Unique Passive - Spectral Waltz: Basic attacks on-attack grant 7% bonus movement speed and a stack of Spectral Waltz for 3 seconds. Spectral Waltz can stack up to 4 times, upon which you gain 30% bonus attack speed.
Old:
- Recipe: Zeal + Cloak of Agility + 500 gold = 2800 gold
- Stats: 35% attack speed, 25% critical strike chance.
- Unique Passive - Spectral Waltz: +5% movement speed.
- Unique Passive - Lifeline: If you would take damage that would reduce maximum health below 35%, you first gain a shield that absorbs 240 to 590 (based on level) for 5 seconds.
