Passive - Love Tap

Innate: Miss Fortune's basic attacks and abilities against enemy champions and epic monsters inflict a stack of Love Tap for 5 seconds, refreshing on subsequent hits and stacking up to 3 times. The third stack will deal 15 (+ 40% bonus AD) bonus physical damage, increased by 0% / 25% / 50% / 75% / 100%. Miss Fortune's attacks and abilities deal 6% - 10.9% (based on level) increased damage against enemies with maximum stacks.

Abilities cannot inflict a stack more than once every second.

Active: Miss Fortune fires a shot in the target direction that deals physical damage to the first enemy hit, then bounces behind them to hit another enemy and critically strike for. This applies on-attack effects to the first enemy, maximum Love Tap to the second enemy, and on-hit effects to both enemies.

Physical Damage: 60 / 90 / 120 / 150 (+ 0% AD) (+ 35% AP)

The bounce prioritizes units directly behind the primary target. A target does not have to be visible be hit.

Passive: Miss Fortune gains bonus movement speed after 4 seconds without taking non- persistent damage. This bonus is increased after another 3 seconds, and is granted instantly when Strut is cast.

Miss Fortune’s lane dominance was turning trades into misfortunes for everyone else, so we’re easing her early power while keeping her teamfight damage locked and loaded.

  • Base damage reduced from 60/95/130/165 to 60/90/120/150.
  • AD ratio reduced from 120/125/130/135% AD to 112/120/128/136%.

Patch 6.2Buff

Miss Fortune's passive has continued to underperform following the previous adjustment. To reinforce her identity as a burst-oriented marksman, we're shifting some of her sustained damage into burst damage while also improving the clarity and feedback of her passive activation.

Love Tap

  • New effect: Inflicting maximum stacks will deal 30 (+ 75% bonus AD) physical damage, increased by 0 to 100% (based on critical rate).

Miss Fortune has been rather unlucky in Lane with her shots lacking the damage needed to really make her mark. We’re moving numbers around to make sure that she’s turning heads as she strut by.

  • AD ratio increased from 115/120/125/130% AD to 120/125/130/135%.

Bullet Time

  • AD ratio increased from 75% AD to 85%.

Miss Fortune is lagging behind, especially noticeable as the game progresses. We’re increasing her damage and making sure she’s speedy enough to dodge whatever her enemies throw at her.

  • Damage amplification increased from 8 to 11.5% (based on level) to 8 to 13.6% (based on level).

Strut

  • Total movement speed increased from 80/85/90/95 to 80/90/100/110.
  • Passive movement speed increased from 25 at all ranks to 30/35/40/45.
  • Enhanced passive movement speed reduced from 55/60/65/70 to 50/55/60/65.

Post rework Miss Fortune has not been as impactful as we had hoped. We’re increasing her damage so she can remain a good choice as a strong ADC.

  • Base damage increased from 40/80/120/160 to 60/95/130/165.
  • AD ratio increased from 110/115/120/125% AD to 115/120/125/130%.

Strut

  • Cooldown reduction increased from 1 second to 2.

Make It Rain

  • Cooldown reduced from 16/14/12/10 seconds to 14.5/13/11.5/10.
  • Mana cost reduced from 80 at all ranks to 65/70/75/80.
  • Base damage per tick increased from 10/16/22/28 to 15/20/25/30.
  • Total base damage increased from 80/128/176/224 to 120/160/200/240.

Love Tap - Rework

  • New
  • Innate: Miss Fortune's basic attacks and abilities against enemy champions and epic monsters will inflict a stack for 5 seconds, refreshing on subsequent hits. This stacks up to 3 times, upon which she deals 8 to 11.5% (based on level) increased outgoing damage against them.

  • Innate: Miss Fortune's basic attacks inflict a mark that expires when attacking a new enemy. If the enemy was unmarked, this attack also deals bonus physical damage equal to 49 to 105% (based on level) AD, reduced to 24.5 to 52.5% (based on level) AD against minions and monsters.

Double Up

  • New effect: The second hit will inflict 3 stacks of Love Tap.

Strut

  • New effect: Reduces remaining cooldown by 1 second upon attacking an enemy with maximum stacks of Love Tap.
  • Removed: No longer reduces remaining cooldown by 2 seconds upon triggering Love Tap.

Miss Fortune has been rather unlucky in the Dragon Lane. Hopefully, these changes will let her spin her wheel of fortune.

When picked, Miss Fortune usually becomes the focus for the enemy team, since it’s easy to catch and kill her. We’re lending her a hand and now when you pick her, you should have a better experience positioning and dealing damage during team fights.

Miss Fortune hasn’t been a viable pick in higher levels of play, even after our adjustments last patch. We also feel the new items don’t suit her as well as they do everyone else, so we’re giving her some love and increasing some of her damage.

Our previous nerfs turned out to be misfortunate, as they were larger in magnitude than we intended for Miss Fortune. So, we’re buffing her back up with some extra base damage on Double Up.

To give Miss Fortune a little more shock and awe, we’re increasing the viability of her Ability Powered builds by buffing the Ability Power ratios associated with Make it Rain and her ultimate, Bullet Time.

Miss Fortune has strutted a bit over the top with recent buffs, so we’re pulling back on some of the power we gave her back when she was underperforming.

  • Enhanced passive movement speed reduced from 45/55/65/75 to 35/45/55/65.

Miss Fortune has been in need of some love for a while. We want to give her the ability to rotate and roam more, so we are putting some spring in her strut and giving her ultimate a bit of a damage boost.

Miss Fortune’s baseline defenses and waveclear are a bit too high given her ranged profile when compared to other marksmen. We’re adjusting her so dealing damage to her is more significant in stopping her from strutting to victory.

  • Damage against minions reduced from 100% to 50%.
  • Bug Fix: The tooltip now actually mentions the damage reduction against monsters.

Miss Fortune added to Wild Rift

Miss Fortune was beating down lane opponents with her Double Up, so we’re making it less spammable and less punishing.
