Stats
- Base health increased from 570 to 600.
- Armor growth increased from 3.9 to 4.5.
- Health growth increased from 115 to 128.
- Magic resistance growth increased from 0.8 to 1.4.
Compared to other marksmen, Jhin isn’t pumping out enough damage to keep up. We’re making sure every one of his bullets will strike true.
Whisper
- Attack speed ratio increased from 25% bonus AS to 30%.
- Damage critical rate ratio increased from 40% to 45%.
- Movement speed attack speed ratio increased from 40% bonus AS to 55%.

Curtain Call
- Base damage increased from 50/125/200 to 75/150/225.
Being able to put on a good performance is a priority for our Virtuoso but his damage output has been putting a damper on it. We’re tweaking the numbers so he can wow his allies and enemies alike.
Whisper
- Bonus attack damage increased from 4 to 60% (based on level) AD to 4.5 to 67.5% (based on level).
Jhin is overpowering other marksmen in the early and mid game with his damage, and we “four-shadow” if we don’t make any adjustments this will continue. So we’re nerfing some of the damage he can deal.

- Health ratio reduced from 14 to 25% (based on level) target's maximum health to 10 to 25% (based on level).
Deadly Flourish
- Base damage changed from 50/100/150/200 to 60/100/140/180.
- AD ratio reduced from 50% AD to 40%.
Jhin has been per-four-ming too strongly, especially in lower levels of play, so we want to cut back on some of his damage so that he’s not such a menace during fights. We’re also going to increase the movement speed Jhin’s passive grants him so that there is still room for players in higher levels to outplay their opponents.

- Bonus attack damage reduced from 5 to 75% (based on level) AD to 4 to 60% (based on level).
- Base bonus movement speed increased from 10% to 15%.
Dancing Grenade
- AD ratio reduced from 40/50/60/70% AD to 35/45/55/65%.

Jhin is not performing well in higher levels of play, so four now, we’re buffing one of his more difficult abilities to help him out.
Deadly Flourish
- Cooldown reduced from 14 seconds to 12.
We’ve been looking for ways to adjust Jhin so that he can have more ajhincy throughout the game. The increased root duration on Deadly Flourish that we previously adjusted hasn’t helped much in this area, so we’re reverting that change and instead giving it a shorter cast time for higher reliability.

- Cast time reduced from 11 to 9 frames .
- Root duration reduced from 1.5/1.75/2/2.25 seconds to 1.25/1.5/1.75/2.
Recently, we’ve seen that in higher levels of play Jhin has been jhinuinely struggling. We’ve seen great success for other champions when adding a little extra duration to their skill-based crowd control abilities, so we’re buffing up the root on Deadly Flourish. While we’re at it, we’re also amping up the bonus damage on Dancing Grenade to pay skill Virtuosos off for executing their targets properly.

- Damage amplification increased from 35% to 44%.

- Root duration increased from 1.25/1.5/1.75/2 seconds to 1.5/1.75/2/2.25.
Curtain Call
- Cooldown reduced from 95/80/65 seconds to 80/70/60.
Unfourtunately for other Junglers, since the significant buff to Jhin’s fourth shot damage, he’s become too good at securing and stealing objectives. So, we’re putting a cap on this damage so that it doesn’t outdamage Smite
Whisper
- New Effect: Missing health ratio capped at 1000 damage against monsters.
Players have been asking for scaling on Whisper’s execute damage, so everyone get Jhin here. In Wild Rift, Jhin thrives in the earlier to mid stages of the game, so reducing some of his base defensive stats to make his early lane slightly less powerful and giving him some more level-based damage scaling should allow Jhin to perform in the later parts of the game.

- Health ratio increased from 15% target's missing health to 15 to 25% (based on level).
Jhin is sitting at an acceptable power level in most respects, but the strength of his utility is a bit under where we'd like it to be.
Deadly Flourish
- Root duration increased from 1/1.25/1.5/1.75 seconds to 1.25/1.5/1.75/2.
Tuning down some of Jhin’s PvE power to keep him from lane bullying through tempo as opposed to finding good trades with his champ opponents.
Captive Audience
- Damage against non-champions reduced from 100% to 65%.
Jhin has been over-performing in every phase of the game so we are reducing some of his power in general. His traps also gave him too much guaranteed utility when he should be using them as a combo with (2) Deadly Flourish.

- Attack speed growth increased from 2.2% to 3.2%.

Jhin added to Wild Rift
Jhin’s ult felt less like a Curtain Call and more like an intermission. Hopefully, now it actually delivers on his dramatic long-range fantasy.
