Diana’s been feeling a little underwhelming lately. I guess the recent eclipse is pretty distracting. We’re gonna make sure her spells still pack a punch though.

Crescent Strike

  • Cooldown reduced from 9/8/7/6 seconds to 8/7/6/5.
  • Mana cost reduced from 55/65/75/85 to 50/55/60/65.

Pale Cascade

  • Damage AP ratio increased from 20% AP to 25%.
  • Base shield increased from 40/60/80/100 to 50/70/90/110.

Ezreal’s signature is his ability to reposition himself as he sees fit. We’re buffing him slightly so he can have better maneuverability no matter what situation he finds himself in.

Stats

  • Base armor increased from 30 to 34.

Mystic Shot

  • Base damage increased from 35/70/105/140 to 50/85/120/155.

Arcane Shift

  • Cooldown reduced from 28/24/20/16 seconds to 24/21/18/15.

Happy Hour

  • Heal health ratio increased from 7% maximum health to 8.5%.

Drunken Rage

  • Base damage reduction increased from 8/11/14/17% to 11/13/15/17%.
  • Base damage increased from 20/60/100/140 to 50/80/110/140.

You know when you shuffle your feet and then touch a door handle? That little static shock is what playing Kennen has been feeling like lately. Not ideal. We’re buffing his base stats as well as his damage and cooldown so he can really bring the tempest.

Stats

  • Base armor increased from 40 to 43.
  • Base attack damage increased from 58 to 62.

Electrical Surge

  • On-hit base damage increased from 35/45/55/65 to 45/55/65/75.

Lightning Rush

  • Cooldown reduced from 9/8/7/6 seconds to 7.5/7/6.5/6.

Post rework Miss Fortune has not been as impactful as we had hoped. We’re increasing her damage so she can remain a good choice as a strong ADC.

Double Up

  • Base damage increased from 40/80/120/160 to 60/95/130/165.
  • AD ratio increased from 110/115/120/125% AD to 115/120/125/130%.

Strut

  • Cooldown reduction increased from 1 second to 2.

Make It Rain

  • Cooldown reduced from 16/14/12/10 seconds to 14.5/13/11.5/10.
  • Mana cost reduced from 80 at all ranks to 65/70/75/80.
  • Base damage per tick increased from 10/16/22/28 to 15/20/25/30.
  • Total base damage increased from 80/128/176/224 to 120/160/200/240.

As an offensive support, Rakan is more fragile than a baby bird (with prettier feathers). How can we expect him to fly into the enemies when he’s crumbling so easily? We’re tweaking his numbers so he can finally soar.

Shyvana is a champion that needs time and farm to ramp up to reach her final form. However, the overall speed of the game recently has been outpacing her. We’re buffing her numbers to make sure she’s able to keep up.

Fury of the Dragonborn

  • Stacks from takedowns against champions, Rift Herald, and Baron Nashor increased from 12 to 15.

Burnout

  • Base damage per second increased from 35/50/65/80 to 40/55/70/85.
  • Total base damage increased from 245/350/455/560 to 280/385/490/595.

All that armor on her isn’t just for looks! It should mean something, so we’re buffing Vi’s survivability to make sure she can go toe to toe with any enemy Junglers that come her way.

  • Base armor increased from 34 to 40.

Blast Shield

  • Cooldown reduced from 12/11/10/9 seconds to 10/9/8/7.

Wukong hasn’t been able to clear Jungle camps as fast as other Junglers, resulting in him lagging behind. These changes will make sure he’s able to keep up the pace so he can better help out his lanes as well.

Warrior Trickster

  • Cooldown reduced from 17/16/15/14 seconds to 14/13.5/13/12.5.

Death Mark

  • Stored damage increased from 25/40/55% to 30/42.5/55%.

Hecarim has been rampaging through his enemies effortlessly. We’re tweaking some numbers and optimzing how his Rampage works to make sure he’s grounded.

Stats

  • Health growth reduced from 120 to 112.

Rampage

  • Removed: Can no longer be recast manually.

Devastating Charge

  • Maximum bonus movement speed reduced from 65% to 55%.

Blooming Blows

Blade of the Ruined King

  • Second hit AD ratio reduced from 30% AD to 20%.
  • Critical strike chance ratio reduced from 100% to 75%.

Heartbreaker

  • Secondary target base damage reduced from 120 to 240% (based on crit rate) to 120 to 210% (based on crit rate)
  • AD health ratio reduced from 7.5% target's missing health per 100 bonus AD to 6%.

  • Removed: Damage no longer scales with 60% AP.

Empower

  • Damage against monsters increased from 100% to 125%.

Counter Strike

  • Damage type changed from magic to physical.
  • Base damage reduced from 55/90/125/160 to 35/75/115/155.
  • New effect: Now scales with 70% AP.
  • New effect: Now scales with 3% target's maximum health.
  • Removed: No longer scales with 50% bonus AD.

Grandmaster-at-Arms - Rework

  • : Renamed from Grandmaster's Might to Grandmaster-at-Arms.
  • Damage against monsters increased from 100% to 110%.
  • On-hit base damage reduced from 100/140/180 to 60/110/160.
  • New Active: Swings his lantern around, dealing 150/250/350 (+ 100% AP) magic damage to nearby enemies. If this hits a champion, he gains 30/50/70 (+ 40% bonus AD) bonus armor, increased by 15/20/25 (+ 10% bonus AD) per subsequent champion hit, and bonus magic resistance equal to 60% of armor gained for 8 seconds. He applies his passive on-hit every 2 stacks instead of every 3 while active.
  • Old Active: For 8 seconds, Jax gains 30/50/70 (+ 50% bonus AD) bonus armor and 30/50/70 (+ 20% AP) bonus magic resistance, as well as 10% increased size.
