Our resident lonely mummy has been finding it difficult to deal effective damage, both to Jungle creeps and in team fights. These changes will make sure his tears are a lot more substantial now.
Despair
- •Base damage increased from 15/20/25/30 to 20/25/30/35.
- •Health ratio increased from 1/1.2/1.4/1.6% target's maximum health to 1.4/1.6/1.8/2%.
Brand is a glass canon that can shatter as soon as an enemy looks at him late game. We’re improving his survivability to make sure he’s able to set the Rift aflame.
Stats
- •Health growth increased from 95 to 104.
Pillar of Flame
- •Mana cost reduced from 75/85/95/105 to 65/75/85/95.
Conflagration
- •Mana cost reduced from 75/80/85/90 to 65/70/75/80.
Garen has not been doing so hot in the laning phase lately. These changes will make sure he’s able to fully scale during laning phase and contribute to later team fights.
Perseverance
- •Health regeneration increased from 1.2 to 4% (based on level) missing health to 2.2 to 5% (based on level).
Courage
- •Duration changed from 2/3/4/5 seconds to 4 at all ranks.
- •Incoming damage reduction for the first 1 second increased from 70% to 80%.
Judgment
- •AD ratio increased from 30/35/40/45% AD to 35/40/45/50%.
Graves is getting some tweaks so he can pop off harder with the new Infinity Edge!
New Destiny
- •Pellet critical strike bonus damage from Infinity Edge (Ruin) increased from 10% to 20%.
- •Editor's Note: Normally the champion's crit modifier is involved, but since the rate has stayed consistent with the new item, we will use a simpler notation while the item is enabled.
End of the Line
- •Base damage increased from 45/65/85/105 to 55/75/95/115.
Jarvan IV is primed for fighting at all stages of the game, but he’s been looking fragile recently. We’re tweaking his defensive stats so he can stay standing on business.

Golden Aegis
- •Base shield increased from 80/120/160/200 to 100/140/180/220.
- •Health ratio increased from 4% maximum health to 5%.
Demacian Standard

Kayle is getting some base stat buffs to help her get through early and mid game smoothly while maintaining her power as a strong late game champion.

Starfire Spellblade
- •Health ratio increased from 8/9/10/11% target's missing health to 9/10/11/12%.
Rammus is getting a speed boost so he can zoom around the Rift and help his laners faster!
Rolling Armordillo
- •Powerball bonus movement speed increased from 37 to 65 (based on level) to 61 to 75 (based on level).

Blade of the Exile
- •New effect: Scoring a champion takedown will reset the number of casts of Wind Slash, as well as extend the duration by 3 seconds, extending up to 12 seconds.
We’re improving Swain’s base stats and damage so he can shine in both laning and team fights.

Viego can be a lil tricky to play and we’re not afraid to admit that. But we do want players to enjoy the range of complexity that comes with playing the Ruined King. We’re tweaking his abilities and making him easier to maneuver and smoother for his ability casts.
Sovereign's Domination
- •Heartbreaker lockout reduced from 1.5 seconds to 1.
- •Heal health ratio increased from 2% target's maximum health to 5%.
- •Heal AD health ratio increased from (2.5% per 100 bonus AD) target's maximum health to 4%.
Blade of the Ruined King
- •Passive on-hit damage health ratio increased from 3/4/5/6% target's current health to 4/5/6/7%.
- •Second hit AD ratio increased from 20% AD to 30.
- •Active AD ratio increased from 70% AD to 80%.
Spectral Maw
- •Stun duration increased from 0.25/0.5/0.75/1/1.25 (based on channel time) seconds to 0.4/0.6125/0.825/1.0375/1.25 (based on channel time) seconds.

Heartbreaker
- •Cast time reduced from 0.5 seconds to 0.37.

It’s been difficult approaching Asol considering his range. We’re adjusting the numbers on his skills to make sure he remains a reasonable opponent.
Breath of Light

Blade's Reach

Umbral Trespass
- •AD ratio reduced from 175% bonus AD to 165%.
Pyke stun lasts a long time, making it difficult to play around. We’re changing how long it lasts to ensure fair counterplay.
Phantom Undertow
- •Stun duration reduced from 1.5 seconds to 1.25.
- •Stun duration armor peneration ratio reduced from 1.5% armor peneration to 1%.
Talon is rampaging through the Jungle. We’re making some changes so his opponents can fight back.
Noxian Diplomacy
- •Base damage reduced from 95/120/145/170 to 75/100/125/150.
- •Base heal increased from 10 to 70 (based on level) to 35 to 70 (based on level).
Rake
- •Outgoing base damage reduced from 60/70/80/90 to 50/60/70/80.
- •Outgoing AD ratio reduced from 50% bonus AD to 45%.

We’re further optimizing Meditate so you can sustain damage reduction even if its channeling is interrupted. This will give Master Yi more opportunities to show off his swordsmanship in team fights.

Wuju Style
- •Base bonus true damage increased from 35/45/55/65 to 40/45/50/55.

Love Tap - Rework

- •Innate: Miss Fortune's basic attacks and abilities against enemy champions and epic monsters will inflict a stack for 5 seconds, refreshing on subsequent hits. This stacks up to 3 times, upon which she deals 8 to 11.5% (based on level) increased outgoing damage against them.
- •Old
- •Innate: Miss Fortune's basic attacks inflict a mark that expires when attacking a new enemy. If the enemy was unmarked, this attack also deals bonus physical damage equal to 49 to 105% (based on level) AD, reduced to 24.5 to 52.5% (based on level) AD against minions and monsters.
Double Up
- •New effect: The second hit will inflict 3 stacks of Love Tap.
Strut
- •New effect: Reduces remaining cooldown by 1 second upon attacking an enemy with maximum stacks of Love Tap.
- •Removed: No longer reduces remaining cooldown by 2 seconds upon triggering Love Tap.

This transformed item hasn’t been living up to the amount of time it takes to achieve its state. We’re buffing it's passive to lend it a hand.

As a transformed item, Muramana is lacking compared to other items. We’re buffing its passive to make sure it’s reaching it’s full potential.
