Anti-Snowball Shield Mechanic

• •(Old) Before 11:30, if the first inner turret on a lane is destroyed, the inhibitor turret in that lane gains a 1600 HP shield. → (New) Before 11:30, for every inner turret destroyed on a lane, the corresponding inhibitor turret gains a 1600 HP shield.
