NerfFrostbite
- Damage: 10 + 2-30 (based on level) + 40% bonus Attack Damage → 5 + 1-15 (based on level) + 15% bonus Attack Damage

BuffGeneral
- Replaces Yordle Serylda's Grudge.
New Unique Passive - Frostbite:
- Icy inflicts a stack for 6 seconds, stacking up to 3 times upon which they are consumed to deal 12 to 40 (based on level) (+ 40% bonus AD) over 2 seconds, and inflict 50% Grievous Wounds for 3 seconds (5-second cooldown).

NerfWe’ve reduced the ability damage of Yordle Serylda’s Grudge, bringing its cost-effectiveness more in line with other armor penetration items.
Unique passive - Frostbite
- Base damage per 0.25 seconds reduced from 3.75 to 12.5 (based on level) to 1.5 to 5 (based on level).
- Total base damage reduced from 30 to 100 (based on level) to 12 to 40 (based on level).
- AD ratio per 0.25 seconds reduced from 8.75% bonus AD to 5%.
- Total AD ratio reduced from 70% bonus AD to 40%.

Recipe:
- Caulfield's Warhammer + Last Whisper + Long Sword + 800 gold = 3300 gold.
Stats:
- 15 ability haste, 40 attack damage.
Unique Passive - Last Whisper:
- +33% armor penetration.
Unique Passive - Icy:
- Your ability damage and empowered attacks will slow affected units by 30% for 1 second.
Unique Passive - Frostbite:
- Icy inflicts a stack for 6s, refreshing on subsequent hits and stacking up to 3 times, upon which they are consumed to deal 30 to 100 (based on level) (+ 70% bonus AD) over 2 seconds, and inflict 50% Grievous Wounds for 3s (5-second cooldown).
- Limited to 1 Yordle Serylda's Grudge.

BuffWe’re adjusting Armor Penetration on items so players can see immediate benefits when choosing the item.

- Armor penetration increased from 16 to 33% (based on level) to 33%.

Recipe:
- Caulfield's Warhammer + Last Whisper + 500 gold = 3000 gold.
Stats:
- 40 attack damage, 15 ability haste.
Unique Passive - Last Whisper:
- +30% armor penetration.
Unique Passive - Icy:
- Dealing ability damage slows affected units by 30% for 1 second.
