We’re honing the spear of our favorite Seneschal. These buffs to Xin Zhao’s scaling will make sure he’ll keep up with his opponents into the late game.

Even though Xin Zhao has been a popular pick, he has been struggling to be a threat against his foes since the systematic changes that have occurred over the past few patches. We’re increasing some of his damage so that he can feel more confident taking those jungle skirmish fights.

Compared to other junglers, Xin Zhao is struggling, so we're giving him some overall buffs to help him out.

Xin Zhao is currently one of the most dominant junglers on the Rift, particularly in higher levels of play, because of his strong dueling potential and reliable control. We’re pulling back on how frequently Xin Zhao can cast his Three Talon Strike ability to give enemy junglers a fighting chance.

Crescent Guard
- Cooldown reduced from 100/85/70 seconds to 80/70/60.
Xin Zhao’s damage output falls off harder than we’d like to see as the game progresses, so we’re increasing the damage scaling on Three Talon Strike and Wind Becomes Lightning to keep him thriving in team fights.

- Cooldown reduced from 9/8/7/6 seconds to 8/7/6/5.

Xin Zhao has recently been struggling to keep up with other junglers. We’re boosting his early survivability and his late game scaling so that he can better sustain himself in the midst of skirmishes and teamfights.

The Seneschal of Demacia has been dominating the jungle in high level play. In order to reduce some of his early game strength, we’re tuning some of Xin Zhao’s base stats.

Xin Zhao has been underperforming since his rework to match PC. We’re buffing the Seneschal of Demacia to help him regain his former glory and we'll be keeping a close eye on his progress.

- Thrust AD ratio reduced from 80% AD to 70%.
- New Effect: Thrust now challenges champions and monsters and provides vision of the target for 3 seconds. The furthest hit is the one that is challenged.

- New Effect: Target range against challenged targets increased from 550 to 850.
- AP ratio increased from 60% AP to 80%.
Crescent Guard
- Base damage reduced from 75/175/275 to 75/150/225.
- AP ratio increased from 0% AP to 80%.
- Duration increased from 3 seconds to 5.
- Removed: Basic attacks and abilities no longer extend Crescent Guard's duration.

Xin Zhao added to Wild Rift
The clear outlier from Patch 1.0, Xin Zhao’s pick rate and win rate are both very high. His full combo is sweeping foes off the map, and teammates can’t even touch him if he has his ultimate on. We’re nerfing his most important stat, Attack Damage, while also making him much squishier.
