Akshan is currently all bark and no bite, particularly with crit builds. We’re bringing up his baseline damage output and giving him some crit scaling to help out his late game.

Avengerang

  • Base damage increased from 5/30/55/80 to 5/35/65/95.

Heroic Swing

  • New Effect: Shots can now critically strike for 150% damage.

Comeuppance

  • New Effect: Damage is now increased by 0 to 50% (based on critical strike chance).

The Heart of the Tempest is too soft and in need of a jolt. We’re giving him a few small bonuses to charge up his laning power. This should electrify Kennen’s presence in the Baron lane.

Thundering Shuriken

  • Base damage increased from 75/130/185/240 to 85/140/195/250.

Electrical Surge

  • On-hit base damage increased from 10/20/30/40 to 25/35/45/55.
  • On-hit bonus AD ratio increased from 60% bonus AD at all ranks to 70/80/90/100%.
  • On-hit AP ratio increased from 20% AP to 25%.

Lightning Rush

  • Bonus attack speed increased from 40/50/60/70% to 50/60/70/80%.

While Thresh is a high-skill cap champion, his power levels upon release left something to be desired. We’re increasing the base soul drop rate and reducing (3) Flay's charge time to compensate for Wild Rift's faster pace and shorter gametime.

  • Base health increased from 570 to 610.
  • Base health regeneration increased from 7.5 to 11.

Damnation

  • Base soul drop rate increased from 33% to 40%. Bad luck protection unchanged.

Dark Passage

  • Shield changed from 55/110/165/220 to 65/115/165/215.

Flay

  • Passive charge time reduced from 10 seconds to 6.

Akali is performing too well in the Baron lane. We’re taking some of the power out of her passive to make it more difficult for her to secure a lead in the laning phase, and harder for her to chase down enemies later in the game. A ninja should be challenged.

Assassin's Mark

  • Bonus movement speed reduced from 50% to 30%.
  • Base damage reduced from 40 to 180 (based on level) to 28 to 140 (based on level).

Gragas is causing too much of a ruckus on the Rift, particularly at the highest levels of play. We’re toning down some of the utility and power that he has in abundance, giving his opponents some windows to play around.

Stats

  • Armor growth reduced from 4.7 to 4.3.

Barrel Roll

  • Base damage reduced from 80/130/180/230 to 65/120/175/230.
  • Slow reduced from 40/45/50/55 to 30/35/40/45%.

Drunken Rage

  • Cooldown increased from 4.5 seconds to 5.

Katarina’s ability to shrug off damage coupled with her reliable mobility and strong damage output has been a source of frustration for opposing midlaners. We’re reducing her base health to make the Sinister Blade more vulnerable in the early laning phase.

The Void Reaver is too dominant of a predator. Besides his high damage, he’s too healthy when it comes time to gank his prey. We’re reducing Kha'zix's healing and bringing down (1) Taste Their Fear's damage. These changes should make his ganks slightly riskier and even the playing field for his victims.

Master Yi has been overperforming with his recent buffs and his synergy with new items (like Navori Quickblades) is too strong. We’re pulling back on some of the power he gained from Patch 2.4a to ensure the Wuju Blademaster fights fairly.

  • Bonus true damage reduced from 25/40/55/70 to 22/34/46/58.

Highlander

  • Cooldown increased from 75/60/45 seconds to 80/70/60.

The Starchild interfered with too many mortal affairs since her recent buff without risking enough. We’re tuning her down a bit so she thinks twice about rushing in to save her allies.

Starcall

  • Rejuvenation self duration on self reduced from 4 seconds to 2.
  • Total heal reduced from 72/90/108/126 to 50/70/90/110.
  • Total heal AP ratio reduced from 45% AP to 35%.

Astral Infusion

  • Rejuvenation ally duration reduced from 4 seconds to 2.

Despite being a formidable jungler, Wukong is still struggling to find his place in the Baron lane. We’re removing the healing reduction modifier from (1) Crushing Blow when he uses the skill against minions. This way, the Monkey King can better sustain himself during the laning phase.

The Seneschal of Demacia has been dominating the jungle in high level play. In order to reduce some of his early game strength, we’re tuning some of Xin Zhao’s base stats.

The Ninetailed Fox is getting a small bugfix that will affect her power levels slightly, but don’t get your tails in a bunch. We don’t expect her to need compensation due to some other items being shifted.

Rakan and Xayah are truly a power couple in the Dragon Lane; however, the Charmer’s (3) Battle Dance has been providing Xayah with too much safety. To reduce frustration around this interaction, we’re lowering the bonus shield multiplier on Battle Dance when cast on Xayah and giving Rakan some buffs to keep him in line with other supports.

Grand Entrance

  • Base damage increased from 70/140/210/280 to 80/150/220/290.

Battle Dance

  • Shield modifier when cast on Xayah reduced from 200% to 125%.

The Quickness

  • Bonus movement speed increased from 50% to 60%.

While True Damage was exciting, it meant that Chargeblade was too universal in killing tanks, fighters and squishies alike. We’re sharpening it to be less optimal in the general situation and more optimal when the enemy team has a lot of squishier targets to burst down.

Following the lead of our PC friends, we’re making Warmog’s Armor’s unique passive trigger off of bonus health instead of max health. This way, players must opt into other health items to access its power.
