General

Ashe is another marksman whose arrows have been falling a bit short in the Dragon Lane. With these changes, she will be able to strike her opponents right where it hurts.
Ranger's Focus
- •Bonus attack speed increased from 25/35/45/55% to 30/40/50/60%.
- •AD ratio per flurry increased from 115/120/125/130% AD to 120/125/130/135%.
- •AD ratio per arrow increased from 23/24/25/26% AD to 24/25/26/27%.
Gwen’s damage has been inconsistent, making her struggle in skirmishes in both Baron Lane and the Jungle. We’ve sharpened her scissors to make sure that she’s keeping up!
Snip Snip!
- •Base damage per snip increased from 12/16/20/24 to 14/18/22/26.
- •AP ratio per snip increased from 5% AP to 6%.
- •Final snip base damage increased from 60/80/100/120 to 70/90/110/130.
- •Final snip AP ratio increased from 25% AP to 30%.
When it comes to team fights Master Yi has been more of an apprentice. These changes will make sure he’s impactful as the team is prepping for objectives!
Wuju Style
- •Base bonus true damage increased from 30/40/50/60 to 35/45/55/65.
- •Bonus true damage AD ratio increased from 25% AD to 30%.
For someone entirely encased in metal, Nautilus felt a bit too squishy for our taste. So we’ve armed him with rock-solid buffs that will carry him through fights!
Titan's Wrath
- •Cooldown reduced from 12 seconds to 11.
- •Health ratio increased from 10/11/12/13% maximum health to 11/12/13/14%.
Varus has been known to miss the target here and there. We’ve adjusted his arrows to always strike true!
Piercing Arrow
- •Base damage increased from 10/60/110/160 to 20/70/120/170.
- •Maximum base damage increased from 15/90/165/240 to 30/105/180/255.
- •AD ratio increased from 110% AD to 115%.
- •Maximum AD ratio increased from 165% AD to 172.5%.
Blighted Quiver
- •Detonation health ratio per stack increased from 4/4.5/5/5.5% target's maximum health to 5/5.5/6/6.5%.
We’re honing the spear of our favorite Seneschal. These buffs to Xin Zhao’s scaling will make sure he’ll keep up with his opponents into the late game.

- •Attack damage growth increased from 3.6 to 4.5.
Wind Becomes Lightning
- •Slash AD ratio increased from 40% AD to 50%.
- •Thrust AD ratio increased from 70% AD to 80%.
Audacious Charge
- •Bonus attack speed increased from 40/45/50/55% to 40/47.5/55/62.5%.
Yone is a flexible champion that can be played in both Solo Lanes as well in the Jungle. These changes will make it easier for him to trade with his opponents in Lane, and clear Jungle camps faster to join in on the fun!

- •Base armor increased from 35 to 40.
Mortal Steel
- •Damage against monsters reduced from 100% to 80%.
Spirit Cleave
- •Base damage increased from 10/20/30/40 to 25/35/45/55.
- •Base shield increased from 30 to 50.
- •Shield AD ratio increased from 70% bonus AD to 85%.
Fizz has been running rampant in the Jungle, flushing out his opponents. We are toning down the fizz just a little bit to give everybody else a chance to catch their breaths.
Seastone Trident
- •Damage against monsters reduced from 105% to 90%.
Our newest Shuriman warrior came in swinging, especially in team fights. These adjustments will make sure her AOE damage is a bit more well-rounded.
Ricochet
- •AD ratio reduced from 24/26/28/30% AD to 22/24/26/28%.
On the Hunt
- •Basic ability cooldown reduction reduced from 30/35/40% to 20/25/30%.
- •Initial bonus movement speed reduced from 20% to 15%.
- •Enhanced bonus movement speed reduced from 30% to 25%.

- •Health growth reduced from 105 to 96.
Power Chord
- •New effect: Sona's basic ability cooldowns are reduced by 2 to 30% (based on level).
- •New effect: Empowered attack now stuns the target for 0.5 seconds.
- •Removed: Empowered attack no longer inflicts a bonus effect based on the last basic ability cast.
- •Hymn of Valor - Staccato: Instead deals 28 to 224 (based on level) (+ 21% AP) modified magic damage.
- •Aria of Perseverance - Diminuendo: Reduces the target's size by 8% and outgoing damage by 25% (+ 4% per 100 AP) for 3 seconds.
- •Song of Celerity - Tempo: Slows the target by 50% (+ 4% per 100 AP) for 2 seconds, capped at 99%.
Hymn of Valor
- •Base damage increased from 40/75/110/145 to 50/90/130/170.
- •Aura base bonus damage reduced from 10/15/20/25 to 8/13/18/23.
- •Editor's note: Patch notes error writes old value of 20% AP instead of 40% AP.
Aria of Perseverance
- •Base heal reduced from 30/45/60/75 to 20/35/50/65.
- •Heal AP ratio reduced from 25% AP to 20%.
- •Aura base shield reduced from 25/55/85/115 to 20/50/80/110.
- •Aura shield AP ratio reduced from 30% AP to 20%.
Crescendo
- •New
- •Active: Sona strikes an irresistible chord that lasts for 3.75 seconds as it travels to the target location. Enemies near the chord are slowed by 40%, and it emits a pulse every 0.75 seconds that deals 40/80/120 (+ 15% AP) magic damage to them. Enemies damaged for the first time are also stunned for 1 second. For 20 seconds afterwards, Sona's auras have 30% increased effectiveness.

- •Passive: Sona's basic ability cooldowns are reduced by 10/20/30%.
- •Active: Sona strikes an irresistible chord in the target direction that deals 150/250/350 (+ 50% AP) magic damage to enemies hit and stuns them for 1 second.
