Abilities
Duelist's DanceWR
Passive - Duelist's Dance
Effect Radius: centered range 1200 edge range 1350 / edge range 250

Innate: Fiora identifies the Vitals of nearby visible enemy champions, marked as an arc around them in North-, East-, South- or Westward direction. Vitals take 2 / 1.8 / 1.5 / 1.2 seconds to become targetable and linger for 16.75 seconds afterwards while Fiora remains near the target, otherwise the Vital will disappear. After a Vital is struck or expired, Fiora identifies a new one on her target.

Dealing damage in the direction of a Vital will trigger it to deal bonus true damage equal to 4% (+ 6% per 100 bonus AD) target's maximum health, heal Fiora for 45 - 115 (based on level), and grant her 30% / 40% / 50% / 60% bonus movement speed decaying over 1.75 seconds.

Active: Fiora dashes in the target direction then stabs a nearby enemy, dealing physical damage and applying on-hit effects. The stab gains increased range against Vitals.

Physical Damage: 75 / 85 / 95 / 105 (+ 0% bonus AD)

Lunge can hit structures and wards. Hitting a target will reduce the cooldown by 50%.

Abilities can be cast during the dash. The target does not have to be visible to be hit by this ability.

Active: Fiora enters a defensive stance for 0.75 seconds, becoming unable to act, preventing all incoming non- turret damage, and gaining debuff immunity and crowd control immunity.

Magic Damage: 120 / 170 / 220 / 270 (+ 100% AP)

She poises to strike over the first 0.6 seconds of the duration, then stabs in a line in the target direction to deal magic damage to enemies hit until colliding with an enemy champion.

The enemy champion struck is also slowed and crippled by 50% for 1.5 seconds. If Riposte negates at least one hostile immobilizing effect, the target is stunned for the same duration instead.

Active: Fiora empowers her next two basic attacks on-attack within 4 seconds to gain 25 bonus range and 60% bonus attack speed. The first attack will slow the target by 30% for 1 second but cannot critically strike. The second attack will critically strike for modified critical damage, including against structures.

Critical damage: 170 / 180 / 190 / 200%

Bladework resets Fiora's basic attack timer.

Passive: Duelist's Dance bonus movement speed is increased, and Vital cooldown is reduced.

Additional Bonus Movement Speed: 10 / 20 / 30%
Vital Cooldown reduction: 0.2 / 0.5 / 0.8

Active: Fiora challenges the target enemy champion for 8 seconds, highlighting all four of their Vitals. While near the target, she gains Duelist's Dance bonus movement speed.

While in effect, Duelist's Dance does not identify new Vitals on the target.

If Fiora triggers at least one Vital before the target dies, or triggers all four, she creates a Victory Zone at their location for 2 / 3 / 4 / 5 seconds that heals herself and allies within every second.

Unlike Duelist's Dance, the Vitals will continue to linger even if Fiora is not nearby.

Patch 6.1dChange

En Garde! We’ve reworked the Duelist’s weak spot mechanic to allow frequent weak spot hits in late-game teamfights. The passive now marks enemies’ vital points more quickly, and the ultimate removes the activation delay— now Fiora is able to break vital points immediately. The movement speed of Lunge also now scales with move speed, increasing flexibility after multiple vital hits. The range for targeting vitals has been increased, and you can now select neutral temporary targets.

Duelist's Dance

  • Vital cooldown increased from 1.75 seconds to 2/1.75/1.5/1.25 (at level 0/1/2/3) (based on Grand Challenge's Rank).

Lunge

  • Base damage reduced from 85/95/105/115 to 75/85/95/105.
  • Editor's Note: Patch notes error writes 75/85/95/10 instead of 75/85/95/105.
  • New effect: Dash speed now scales with movement speed.
  • New effect: Can now hit lower priority targets including wards, traps, and Honeyfruit.
  • New effect: Stab gains increased range against Vitals.

Grand Challenge

  • Removed: Vitals no longer have a 0.5-second delay.
  • New effect: Casting will overwrite any vitals on the target.
  • New effect - Passive: Duelist's Dance vital cooldown is reduced. See notes on Duelist's Dance.

Fiora’s performance has been subpar, not a good look for a Grand Duelist! With these increases in her base damage, she should have an easier time establishing her dominance in the early game.

Recently we made changes to Hullbreaker, and those changes ended up impacting Fiora’s ability to solo push lanes in the later stages of the game. So we’re adjusting her first ability and giving it a new mechanic so that she can be a bigger split-pushing threat.

We’re sharpening Fiora, the Grand Duelist’s fencing finesse, so that she can display speedier swordplay in the duels she takes versus her foes.

Demacia’s star duelist hasn’t been performing as well as we’d like her to in the Baron Lane. To lend her a hand, we’re going to sharpen her up and increase Fiora’s durability in the later stages of the game, to allow her to thrive better during teamfights.

Since our recent nerfs to the range of Lunge, Fiora has been struggling to keep up with her fellow sparring partners in the Baron Lane. To lend her a hand, we’re increasing her early game survivability and damage she deals with Lunge to compensate for her loss in utility.

Fiora’s ability to make safe trades with Lunge and shrug off damage with Riposte has been a source of frustration for her sparring partners. To combat some of those frustrations, we’re reducing the range on her Lunge while also increasing the power of her passive to compensate.

  • AD health ratio increased from 4.5% per 100 bonus AD to 5.5%.

  • Dash range reduced from 400 to 350.

Patch 3.1Nerf

Fiora has been dominating in both the Baron Lane and the jungle in higher level play, and has been frustrating for players of all skill levels to play against. Laning against the queen of duelists is where a lot of this frustration stems from so we are weakening Lunge’s damage, which should allow her to still shine in her duels later on, but give her lane opponents some more openings.

Patch 2.6aNerf

Fiora just wants a worthy opponent, but recently she hasn’t been giving her opponents enough opportunities for a fair duel. We’re increasing the cooldown of Riposte to give those who want to challenge her to a duel more chances to play around her vulnerabilities.

Riposte

  • Cooldown increased from 13/12/11/10 seconds to 18/16/14/12.

Fiora is slightly over performing, so we’re nudging down her base health. This should give her slightly less room for error in her early duels.

As a duelist, Fiora actually didn’t measure up to some of the other solo lane champions in Wild Rift, so we gave her a big boost to everything. En garde!
