Impure Shots
- •Passive now deals 6% AD bonus magical damage per stack instead of 4 / 6 / 8 / 10 / 12 (+ 5% AP) bonus magical damage.
- •Maximum damage changed to 30% AD magical damage from 20 / 30 / 40 / 50 / 60 (+ 25% AP) magical damage.
- •Attack speed bonus changed to 20 / 30 / 40 / 50 / 60% from 30 / 35 / 40 / 45 / 50%.
- •Grievous Wounds duration reduced to 2 seconds from 3.
- •Mana cost reduced to 30 / 35 / 40 / 45 / 50 from 50 at all ranks.
- •Cooldown reduced to 15 / 14 / 13 / 12 / 11 from 16.
Make It Rain
- •Tooltip updated to clarify that there's a half-second delay.
- •Area of sight increased to match the area of damage.
- •Slow increased to 25 / 35 / 45 / 55 / 65% from 20 / 28 / 36 / 44 / 52%.
- •Cooldown reduced to 14 / 13 / 12 / 11 / 10 seconds from 15 at all ranks.
- •Duration increased to 3 seconds from 2.
- •Total damage is unchanged.
Bullet Time
- •New Passive: Increases the stack limit of Impure Shots to 6 / 7 / 8, for a new maximum potential damage of 36 / 42 / 48 % AD.
- •Damage per wave reduced to 50 / 75 / 125 (+20% AP) from 65 / 95 / 125 (+20% AP)(+35% bonus AD).
- •Now applies the passive on Impure Shots (not the active Grievous Wound).
Dominus
- •Bonus health changed to 200 / 400 / 800 from 300 / 450 / 600.
- •Damage per second changed to 30 / 60 / 120 from 40 / 70 / 100.
Stats
- •Base armor increased to 20 from 16.
- •Base health increased to 525 from 520.
- •Health per level increased to 90 from 85.
Bonetooth Necklace
- •Item reclassified as a trinket and is now free. It is available in four different versions: Scrying Orb, Sweeping Lens, Warding Totem and Green (for maps where sight trinkets are unavailable). Upgrades at 6 Trophies.
- •Attack damage and attack damage per level removed.
- •Trophy passive given the name "Mementos of the Hunt". All trophy bonuses changed.
- •3 Trophies - Rengar gains flat movement speed while out of combat or while in brush.
- •6 Trophies - Unseen Predator range is increased by 125.
- •12 Trophies - Thrill of the Hunt stealth duration is increased.
- •20 Trophies - Thrill of the Hunt's bonus movement speed is doubled.
- •Trophies are no longer lost on-death.
Savagery
- •Time to trigger the enhanced attack increased to 3 seconds from 2.
- •Base damage changed to 20 / 40 / 60 / 80 / 100 from 30 / 60 / 90 / 120 / 150.
- •Attack damage scaling increased to (+100 / 105 / 110 / 115 / 120 % AD) from (+100% AD) at all ranks.
- •Cooldown reduced to 6 / 5.5 / 5 / 4.5 / 4 seconds from 8 / 7.5 / 7 / 6.5 / 6.
- •Bonus attack speed removed.
- •Savagery can no longer be triggered on towers.
- •Bug fix: The ability's damage is no longer affected when the attack critical strikes.
Savagery 2
- •Damage changed to 10 + (10 * level) (+150% AD) from 30 / 60 / 90 / 120 / 150 (+200% AD).
- •Attack speed changed to 47 + (3 * level) % from 60 / 70 / 80 / 90 / 100%.
- •Attack speed duration increased to 5 seconds from 4.
- •Now additionally increases his attack damage by 10% for 5 seconds.
Battle Roar
- •Cooldown changed to 12 seconds from 15 / 14 / 13 / 12 / 11.
- •Bonus resistances reduced to 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 / 30 from 15 / 22 / 29 / 36 / 43.
- •Bonus resistances duration increased to 4 seconds from 3.
- •Bonus resistances are now granted regardless of if Rengar hits an enemy, but are now increased by 50% for every enemy champion or large monster hit.
Battle Roar 2
- •Damage changed to 25 + (15 * level) (+80% AP) from 50 / 80 / 110 / 140 / 170 (+80% AP).
- •Healing reduced to 8 + (4 * level) from 20 + (10 * level).
- •Bonus healing per 1% of missing health increased to 6.25% from 1%.
Bola Strike
- •Now a linear, collision skill shot instead of a targeted ability.
- •Range increased to 1000 from 550.
- •Damage changed to 50 / 100 / 150 / 200 / 250 from 60 / 105 / 150 / 195 / 240.
- •Slow increased to 60 / 65 / 70 / 75 / 80% from 50 / 55 / 60 / 65 / 70%.
- •Cooldown changed to 10 seconds from 12 / 11 / 10 / 9 / 8.
Bola Strike 2
- •Damage changed to 25 + (25 * level) (+70% bonus AD) from 60 / 105 / 150 / 195 / 240 (+70% bonus AD).
- •Snare duration increased to 1.75 seconds from 1 second.
Thrill of the Hunt
- •Bonus movement speed while stealthed reduced to 15% at all ranks from 20 / 25 / 30%, and now only applies while moving toward an enemy champion.
- •No longer grants ferocity generation while stealthed.
- •Now grants 25 / 35 / 45% bonus movement speed and ferocity generation for 5 seconds after exiting stealth.
- •Enemies are now made aware when Rengar is within 1000 units of them, similar to Blood Scent.
- •Cooldown reduced to 120 / 95 / 70 seconds from 140 / 105 / 70.
Dread
- •No longer applies to targets who can't see Fiddlesticks.
H-28G Evolution Turret
- •Cannon damage changed to 12 / 18 / 23 / 29 / 34 (+ 15% AP) from 15 / 22 / 29 / 36 / 42 (+ 12.5% AP).
- •Beam damage changed to 40 / 60 / 80 / 105 / 130 (+ 55% AP) from 50 / 75 / 100 / 125 / 150 (+ 50% AP).
- •Beam cooldown increased to 16 seconds.
H-28Q Apex Turret
- •Basic attack AP ratio reduced to 30% from 33%.
- •Laser beam damage reduced to 200 / 270 / 340 (+ 70% AP) from 225 / 300 / 375 (+ 80% AP).
- •Laser beam no longer recharges twice as fast.
- •On-hit charge generation increased to 20%.
Void Assault
- •Bug Fix: Activating Flash will no longer break stealth.
Evolved Active Camouflage
- •No longer reduces damage from towers.
Safeguard
- •Cooldown increased to 14 seconds from 9.
- •Cooldown is now reduced by 50% if the target was an allied champion (including self).
- •Shield duration reduced to 4 seconds from 5.
- •Will now only shield allied champion targets (can still target any ally).
Iron Will
- •Buff duration reduced to 4 seconds from 5.
Help, Pix!
- •Damage reduced to 80 / 110 / 140 / 170 / 200 from 80 / 130 / 180 / 230 / 290.
- •Sight duration reduced to 4 seconds from 6.
- •Will now only shield allied champion targets (can still target any ally).
Crushing Blow
- •Armor reduction reduced to 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 / 30% from 30% at all ranks.
Cyclone
- •AD ratio reduced to 110% from 120%.
Orb of Deception
- •Will now return to Ahri even if she dies or becomes untargetable before it reaches maximum range.
Glacial Storm
- •Now deals a tick of damage when cancelled.
Stats
- •Base movement speed reduced to 330 from 340.
- •Base attack damage reduced to 55.5 from 55.78.
- •Attack damage per level increased to 3.5 from 3.375.
- •Magic resist per level increased to 1.25 from 0.
Happy Hour
- •Now restores 4% of his maximum health instantly, instead of 2% over 4 seconds.
- •Now has an internal cooldown of 8 seconds.
Barrel Roll
- •Damage reduced to 80 / 120 / 160 / 200 / 240 (+60% AP) from 85 / 135 / 185 / 235 / 285 (+90% AP).
- •Duration for the cask to explode automatically reduced to 4 seconds from 5.
- •Cask will now highlight its maximum range while idle on the ground.
- •Attack speed slow removed.
- •Now slows movement speed by 30 / 35 / 40 / 45 / 50%.
- •The damage will now ramp up to 120 / 180 / 240 / 300 / 360 (+90% AP) and the slow to 45 / 52.5 / 60 / 67.5 / 75% over the first 2 seconds, as the alcohol "ferments". The barrel will change color to indicate that it is fully charged.
- •Mana cost reduced to 60 / 65 / 70 / 75 / 80 from 80 / 90 / 100 / 110 / 120.
- •Cooldown unchanged.
- •Cast range reduced to 850 from 950.
Drunken Rage
- •Revised Active: Gragas takes a long swig from his barrel, disabling his ability to cast or attack for 1 second. Upon finishing his drink, Gragas' next attack within ~5 seconds will deal 20 / 50 / 80 / 110 / 140 (+30% AP)(+8 / 9 / 10 / 11 / 12% target's max health) bonus magic damage. Gragas gains 10 / 12 / 14 / 16 / 18% damage reduction for 3 seconds starting from the moment he starts drinking.
- •Gragas can now move during the channel.
- •No longer restores mana nor grants attack damage.
- •Damage reduction duration reduced to 3 seconds from 20.
- •Damage reduction is now applied instantly rather than after completing the channel.
- •Channeling for the full duration now empowers his next attack.
- •Cooldown reduced to 8 / 7.5 / 7 / 6.5 / 6 seconds from 25 at all ranks.
Body Slam
- •Damage changed to 80 / 130 / 180 / 230 / 280 (+60% AP) from 80 / 120 / 160 / 200 / 240 (+50% AP)(+30 / 40 / 50 / 60 / 70% AD).
- •No longer slows movement speed.
- •Now briefly knocks back and stuns all enemies hit for 1 seconds.
- •On-hit cooldown reduction reduced to static 3 seconds from half.
- •Cost reduced to 50 from 75.
- •Cooldown increased to 16 / 15 / 14 / 13 / 12 seconds from 12 at all ranks.
Explosive Cask
- •Damage reduced to 200 / 300 / 400 (+70% AP) from 200 / 325 / 450 (+90% AP).
Super Mega Death Rocket!
- •The ability will now only go on cooldown when the rocket is created - dying while casting will no longer put the ability on cooldown.
Summon Voidling
- •New attack priorities:
- •# Attack the target of Nether Grasp.
- •# NEW: Attack the nearest champion with Malefic Visions.
- •# Attack the nearest non-champion with Malefic Visions.
- •# Attack the nearest enemy.
- •Bug Fix: Voidlings will no longer continuously switch targets if there are multiple targets with the same priority.
Aegis Protection
- •Will now block the next attack from a tower, champion, large monster or large minion attacks, instead of any attack that deal above a certain value of damage.
Shadow Assault
- •Bug Fix: Activating Flash will no longer break stealth.
- •Activating Noxian Diplomacy will no longer break stealth.
Pick a Card
- •Card selection window reduced to 6 seconds from 8.
- •Card usage window increased to 6 seconds from 4.

- •Unique Passive - Maim: Champion kills, assists and large monsters slain will grant Feral stacks. Basic attacks deal 100 (+3 per Feral stack) bonus magic damage and restore 10 (+1 per Feral stack) health. Enemy champions take 33% of the bonus magic damage.
- •Note: Unlike Wriggle, Feral Flare does not take into account kills, assists and large monsters slain prior to receiving the item. This is intended.
- •During the preseason, this passive was supposedly going to be given to a remade Madred's Bloodrazor. For comparison, Feral Flare's magic damage equates to 4% of the target's maximum health against champions with 825 (+25 per champion kill/assist and large monster kill) health - e.g. at 87 kills/assists/large monsters slain, you will be doing 120 bonus magic damage to champions (4% of a target with 3000 health).
