Jhin has been struggling to keep up this patch, so we're shifting some of his power earlier in the game to help him hit his power spikes sooner, rather than having to wait until max level to really shine.
Whisper
- •Standard Critical Strike Damage: 80% → 85%
- •Damage based on missing Health:11% - 25% (reach the cap at level 15) → 11.5% - 25% (reach the cap at level 10)
Volibear has been having a tough time finding his footing this patch, so we're giving him some extra Attack Damage scaling and survivability to help him make a bigger impact in teamfights.
Frenzied Maul
- •Damage Attack Damage ratio: 100% → 110%
- •Empowered Damage Attack Damage ratio: 160% → 176%
- •Empowered Healing based on Missing Health: 5/6/7/8% → 5%/8%/11%/14%
Yasuo has been struggling since losing the crit version of Bloodthirster, so we're giving him some extra damage and survivability in the mid to late game to help him hold his own as fights heat up.
Way of the Wanderer
- •Standard Critical Strike Damage: 90% → 95%
- •Shield Value: 77 - 529 (Based on level) → 77 - 630 (Based on level)
Hwei is still painting a little too far outside the lines when it comes to his overall power, so we're dialing back his consistent damage, shielding, and crowd control to give his opponents more room to fight back.
Signature of the Visionary
- •Damage: 40 - 285 (Based on level) + 30% Ability Power → 30 - 280 (Based on level) + 25% Ability Power
Subject: Serenity - Pool of Reflection
- •Initial shield: 60/80/100/120 + 35% Ability Power → 50/70/90/110 + 30% Ability Power
- •Maximum shield: 108/128/148/168 + 71% Ability Power → 98/118/138/158 + 60% Ability Power
Subject: Serenity - Stirring Lights
- •Bonus base damage: 30/40/50/60 → 20/30/40/50
Subject: Torment - Crushing Maw
- •Optimized the hitbox of the jaws
- •Cast range: 7.5 → 7
- •Damage: 70/120/170/220 + 70% Ability Power → 60/110/160/210 + 60% Ability Power
Following the jungle overhaul, Nocturne has been clearing camps and hunting down his enemies a little too efficiently. We're dialing back his jungle clear speed and ability to find opportunities to strike, giving his prey a little more breathing room before darkness falls.
Base Stats
- •Health per level: 134 → 128
Duskbringer
- •Attack Damage: 20/30/40/50 → 10/25/40/55
- •Base Damage: 70/125/180/235 → 60/115/170/225
Paranoia
- •Cooldown: 110/90/70s → 120/100/80s
Senna continues to stand above the rest of the roster, so we're taking another pass at her scaling to bring her power more in line with other champions and give both marksmen and supports more room to shine.
Absolution
- •Standard Critical Strike Damage: 90% → 80%
- •Attack Damage per Black Mist stack: 1.25 → 0.9
Piercing Darkness
- •Base Damage: 50/80/110/140 → 30/60/90/120
We've been happy with Yunara's performance since her release, but as players have gotten more comfortable with her kit, she's started to become a little too powerful. We're dialing back some of her sustained damage to bring her more in line with other marksmen.
Cultivation of Spirit
- •Passive Damage: 10/15/20/25 → 5/10/15/20
- •Active Damage: 10/15/20/25 → 5/10/15/20
Transcend One's Self
- •Cooldown: 70/60/50s →70/65/60s
Tryndamere hasn't been getting as much out of the recent crit item overhaul as we'd hoped, so we're making some changes to help his Critical Strikes and overall damage output feel more consistent.
Battle Fury
- •Critical Strike Chance per Fury: 0.3%–0.5% (based on level) → 0.5%
Spinning Slash
- •Damage: 80/120/160/200 + 100% Bonus Attack Damage + 80% Ability Power → 80/130/180/230 + 110% Bonus Attack Damage + 80% Ability Power
Items
We're giving Locket of the Iron Solari a boost to make it a more appealing option for tank supports. This should help tank supports better protect their carries and close the gap between playing alongside a tank support versus an enchanter.
Base Stats
- •Price: 2600 → 2500
- •Health: 200 → 300
Statikk Shiv hasn't been quite keeping up with other item options, so we're giving it a small boost to help it feel like a more rewarding pickup.
Base Stats
- •Price: 3000→2900
- •Attacks grant extra Energized stacks: 5 → 7
Base Stats
- •Price: 3000 → 2900
Despite our previous buffs, Yun Tal Wildarrows is still struggling to keep up with other marksman items. We're lowering its cost to make it a more competitive option and help its users hit their power spikes a little sooner.
Base Stats
- •Price: 3100 → 3000
Thornmail has been offering a little too much value for its cost, giving tanks access to a large amount of Armor and Grievous Wounds earlier than intended. We're adjusting its cost to better align with other first completed items across classes and keep power spikes at a more consistent pace.
Base Stats
- •Price: 2700 → 2850
Warmog's Armor has been finding its way into a few too many builds, especially among enchanter supports who aren't necessarily looking for all that extra Health. We're adjusting its requirements to make it a less appealing option for enchanters while keeping it a reliable choice for tank supports.
Warmog’s Heart
- •Trigger threshold: 900 → 1250
Runes
General
- •Damage: 40 - 210 (Based on level) + 10% Bonus Attack Damage + 5% Ability Power → 60 - 210 (Based on level) + 10% Bonus Attack Damage + 5% Ability Power
General
- •With the new support items making it easier to trigger Aery's shield more frequently, she's been providing a little too much protection. We're dialing back her late-game shielding power to keep her in line with other rune options.
- •Shield value: 25 - 120 (Based on level) + 10% Bonus Attack Damage + 5% Ability Power → 20-100 (Based on level) + 10% Bonus Attack Damage + 5% Ability Power
General
- •Cool down: 7s → 5s
General
- •Grasp of the Undying has been gaining an edge over Conqueror, so we're dialing back some of its laning damage and scaling. This should help keep it from overshadowing other rune choices or letting champions bypass their intended strengths and weaknesses.
- •Damage: 3.3% Maximum Health → 3% Maximum Health
- •Maximum Health Growth: 10 → 8
System Changes
Raptors have become a little too easy to clear in the mid and late game, making them an easy target for jungle invades. We're making them a bit tougher to take down to reduce the pressure on junglers defending their camps.
Jungle Monsters - Crimson Raptor
- •Base Health: 1000 → 1100
- •Health per level: 110 → 125
Jungle Monsters - Raptor
- •Base Health: 500 → 550
- •Health per level: 55 → 65
