Champions
Jhin is not performing well in higher levels of play, so four now, we’re buffing one of his more difficult abilities to help him out.
Deadly Flourish
- •Cooldown reduced from 14 seconds to 12.
Nunu didn't benefit much from the new tank items, so he needs a slight buff to help him be the backbone his team needs.
After Warwick’s last adjustment, his ability to take fights in the earlier stages of the game have diminished. So, we’ve decided to sharpen his claws and buff him back to a healthier state.
Jaws of the Beast
- •Heal increased from 22.5/40/57.5/75% damage dealt to 37.5/50/62.5/75%.
AP Amumu's ability to solo Baron Nashor and Elder Dragon is too strong in the late game, so we’re nerfing his ability to take those objectives, while leaving his early game power in-tact.
Despair
- •AP ratio reduced from 0.75% per 100 AP to 0.6%.
After our recent buffs to Nautilus, he has been dominating in the Jungle. We’re putting our anchor down, and taking back some of those previous adjustments.
Riptide
- •Damage against monsters reduced from 200% to 175%.
Currently, Pyke support is weaker when compared to picking him in the Mid Lane or Jungle. So we’re making some adjustments all around to balance his power between the three roles.
Bone Skewer
- •Damage against minions reduced from 100% to 80%.
- •Damage against monsters reduced from 110% to 90%.
Phantom Undertow
- •Damage against monsters reduced from 110% to 100%.
Death from Below
- •New effect: Pyke earns 100% bounty gold from any takedown in the X. This amount is increased to 120% (max 600) on assisted takedowns. The last assisting ally also earns 100% bounty gold.
- •Old effect: Pyke earns 110% additional gold from any takedown in the X (max 550), with the last assisting ally earning 100% bounty gold.
Last patch we released Amaranth Twinguard, and it has been giving Rammus too much armor, making him an unkillable menace. We’re telling him to arma-chill-o this patch and nerfing the amount of armor he gets in the later stages of the game.
Defensive Ball Curl
- •Base damage increased from 8/10/12/14 to 10/12/14/16.
- •Bonus armor reduced from 70/80/90/100% to 70/75/80/85%.
- •Bugfix: Fixed an issue where the armor calculation was higher than intended.
- •Removed: Rammus is no longer slowed by 30%.
Since the last patch, we’ve seen the win rate of Ability Power Varus become significantly higher than his Attack Damage builds. This time, we’re nerfing him slightly to bring the win rates closer together.
Chain of Corruption
- •AP ratio reduced from 100% AP to 85%.
Even after our last nerf, Zeri is still too strong. We’re taking another swing, and this time aiming to strike down some of her electrifying strength in the late game.
Stats
- •Health growth reduced from 120 to 112.
Lightning Crash
- •Chain lightning modified damage reduced from 25% to 20%.
Items
Some ranged Champions such as Urgot do not have a lot of item choices that offer them damage and health. So, we’re adjusting Sterak’s Gage to be available for ranged champions, which should provide them more options.
Removed:
- •No longer restricted to melee champions.
We know how strong Mantle is, especially in the later stages of the game. However, we think there is still some room to improve the item in the early to mid game stages. We’re swapping some of the resistance stats with health, which we hope makes it feel better to use in the early game.
General
- •Health increased from 0 to 200.
- •Armor reduced from 50 to 40.
- •Magic resistance reduced from 50 to 40.
System Changes
Ultimate Spellbook
- •We’re bringing chaos energy to the Rift! Pick a champ, and choose between 3 different ultimates. Whichever one you choose, will replace one of your Spells like Ignite or Heal! In addition to that with every kill and assist you get, the larger you’ll grow, and you’ll even gain a little tenacity. But don’t worry if you’re like us and tend to die more than you rack up kills, you’ll grow smaller and smaller on every death and gain move speed, weee.
