- •New Effect: All attacks during her Blood Frenzy now have an uncancellable windup.
Chilling Scream
- •Recast time changed to 0.15 seconds from 100% of her attack windup.
W damage increased.
Bountiful Harvest
- •AP ratio per tick increased to 11.25% AP from 10% AP.
Q mana cost decreased. R cooldown decreased.
Parrrley
- •Mana cost reduced to 50/45/40/35/30 from 55/50/45/40/35.
Cannon Barrage
- •Cooldown reduced to 160/140/120 seconds from 170/150/130.
Passive attack speed increased at lower levels.
Ionian Fervor
- •Attack speed per stack increased to 10 to 25% (based on level) from 7.5 to 25% (based on level).
- •Maximum attack speed increased to 40 to 100% (based on level) from 30 to 100% (based on level).
- •Bug Fix: Granted attack speed now updates on level-up.
R cooldown decreased at lower ranks.
Lamb's Respite
- •Cooldown reduced to 160/140/120 seconds from 180/150/120.
Q damage increase based on range increased.
Javelin Toss
- •Damage modifier increased to 0 to 225% (based on distance traveled) from 0 to 200%.
- •Maximum base damage increased to 227.5/292.5/357.5/422.5/487.5 from 210/270/330/390/450.
- •Maximum AP ratio increased to 162.5% AP from 150% AP.
Health Growth increased. W Armor/Magic Resist increased.
Stats
- •Health growth increased to 100 from 94.
Defensive Ball Curl
- •Base bonus armor increased to 27/32/37/42/47 from 27 at all ranks.
- •Base bonus magic resistance increased to 27/32/37/42/47 from 27 at all ranks.
W damage decreased, and mana cost adjusted.
Rune Prison
- •Base damage reduced to 60/90/120/150/180 from 70/100/130/160/190.
- •Mana cost changed to 50/60/70/80/90 from 40/55/70/85/100.
R cooldown increased.
Destiny
- •Cooldown increased to 170/140/110 seconds from 160/130/100.
Essence Theft
- •Bug Fix: Healing is now properly granted while she is untargetable.
Rebirth
- •Bug Fix: Dying to Nexus Obelisk damage no longer triggers Rebirth's resurrection.
Emperor's Divide
- •Bug Fix: Soldiers now once again properly knock back non-champions.
Signature of the Visionary
- •Bug Fix: After marking an enemy using Gaze of the Abyss and using another ability to trigger the explosion, the explosion no longer incorrectly casts at the location of a previously slain target who had been marked by Signature of the Visionary but its effect was not consumed to trigger an explosion, instead of at the location of the first.
General
- •Bug Fix: The symbol on her cape piece above her now properly plays its animations after the player has reconnected.
Death Lotus
- •Bug Fix: Channel no longer cancels upon using Shunpo on no target and outside of Shunpo's range.
Searing Brilliance
- •Bug Fix: Damaging and killing an ally with any number of projectiles via an empowered attack while under the effects of Hostile Takeover no longer incorrectly credits Mel for the kill instead of Hostile Takeover's user.
Inherent Glamour
- •Bug Fix: While disguised as Karma, the symbol on her cape piece above her now properly plays its animations.
Bailout
- •Bug Fix: If a champion affected by Bailout is last-hit by an enemy summon, the summoner is now properly credited the champion kill.
Hostile Takeover
- •Bug Fix: If an enemy Mel damages and kills one of her allies with any number of projectiles via a Searing Brilliance-empowered attack while under the effects of Hostile Takeover, Mel is no longer incorrectly credited the kill instead of Renata Glasc.
Hijack
- •Bug Fix: Initiating a Rift Herald Rodeo channel while incurring the cast time of a stolen ultimate now properly consumes the slot.
- •Bug Fix: Initiating a Teleport / Unleashed Teleport channel while incurring the cast animation of a stolen ultimate no longer unintentionally casts the associated spell a second time.
- •Bug Fix: After initiating a Teleport / Unleashed Teleport channel while his model is transformed during all relevant stolen ultimate abilities, Sylas will now properly return to his actual model instead of keeping the transformed model until his death.
Ambush
- •Bug Fix: Starting the charge of Rift Herald Rodeo during Ambush's stealth delay no longer causes the monster's model to freeze from enemies' point of view despite moving properly from Twitch's and the allied team's point of view, then suddenly re-appear at the charge's collision location without its movement being visible.
Sovereign's Domination
- •Bug Fix: Bounty of Worlds upgrade UI is now properly available for Viego. [Note: Only if the Support Quest item is equipped by him and not the possession; he is not allowed to upgrade a possession's Support Quest item.]
- •Bug Fix: After possessing Jhin and using Captive Audience at any point, or after possessing Caitlyn and using 90 Caliber Net after having possessed Pantheon and used Aegis Assault specifically, Viego no longer becomes unable to move.
- •Bug Fix: Hullbreaker Boarding Party's effects no longer persist after possession of a Hullbreaker user ends.
Cell Division
- •Bug Fix: Dying to Nexus Obelisk damage no longer triggers Cell Division's resurrection.
