Soraka's healing abilities gained outsized benefits from the endurance changes so we're slowing down how often she can heal her allies.
Astral Infusion
- Cooldown increased from 6/5/4/3 seconds to 7/6/5/4.

Soraka’s performance and how players have utilized her abilities hasn’t been optimal. So we’re making some adjustments to make her ap-peel-ing and perform better in games!

The queen of bananas has been performing well in some ranks, but is still struggling in higher levels of play. To help Soraka players go toe to toe with some of the other supports, we’re giving her heals a little extra oomf.

Soraka’s performance later in the game is higher than we believe is appropriate, so we’re cutting down on her higher than normal levels of durability for an enchanter.

Soraka is one of the champions that benefited the most from our Ultimate Cooldown reductions last patch, especially for her tanky builds that lean heavily on Wish’s base values. We’re going to shift some power into the Ability Power ratio to make sure Soraka is rewarded for building magic damage.

Soraka has been a strong support pick across all levels of play due to the reliable healing she provides to her team. While we enjoy seeing Soraka reign on the Rift as a premier healer, we think her ability to sustain herself and her allies is currently too strong. We’re toning down the power of the Rejuvenation effect that Soraka gains from her Starcall ability.

Compared to her fellow enchanters, Soraka is struggling to keep up. We’re improving her ability to reach low health teammates and giving a boost to her Rejuvenation healing that she provides to herself and her allies.

Soraka is a premier healer, but has still been lagging behind her fellow enchanters. We want to improve her ability to sustain her allies while also making the trade off of sacrificing her health more rewarding.

Soraka is falling off a bit too much in higher levels of play after our last round of changes. We want her to have a higher payoff when she is successful at popping her only hard crowd control.

The Starchild interfered with too many mortal affairs since her recent buff without risking enough. We’re tuning her down a bit so she thinks twice about rushing in to save her allies.

Soraka's power is hard to feel, and this is exacerbated by her constant need to sacrifice her health. This change will help skillful players that land (1) Starcall avoid the cost of spending their health too quickly to heal allies.
