General
- •Released July 29, 2022 (00:01 UTC).
Jayce hasn’t performed that well outside of higher levels of play. To make Piltover’s finest a bit more approachable, we’re cautiously giving him a little extra scaling on his Attack Damage.
To the Skies!
- •Bonus AD ratio increased from 120% bonus AD to 130%.
Shock Blast
- •Bonus AD ratio increased from 120% bonus AD to 130%.
Over the course of the last few patches, Renekton has been struggling to navi-gator his way around the Baron Lane, so we’re giving him some extra scaling offensively and defensively to help him out.
Cull the Meek
- •Heal bonus AD ratio increased from 8% bonus AD to 10%.
Ruthless Predator
- •Base damage per hit increased from 10/20/30/40 to 10/25/40/55.
- •Unempowered total base damage increased from 20/40/60/80 to 20/50/80/110.
- •Empowered total base damage increased from 30/60/90/120 to 30/75/120/165.
Our recent systemic changes in addition to the buff we gave Draven has put him over the top. We like some of the power his recent changes gave him, so instead of axing it, we’re going to cut back on some of the damage Spinning Axe grants. This way Draven isn’t dealing as much damage when he gets those big purchases off passive cash-ins.
Spinning Axe
- •Bonus AD ratio reduced from 100/110/120/130% bonus AD to 90/100/110/120%.
Senna has been a dominant force in organized play and a powerful champion in Ranked for nearly her entire lifetime in Wild Rift, so we’re re-evaluating some of the strengths and weaknesses in her ar-senna-l. We’re cutting back on her ability to deal sustained damage in the later stages of the game and her power in short trades to limit her ability to masquerade as a full Crit carry without building any Attack Speed or Crit.
Stats
- •Attack speed growth reduced from 2.2% to 1.2%.
Absolution
- •Damage health ratio reduced from 1.6 to 16% (based on level) target's current health to 1.2 to 12% (based on level).
The champion Ultimate Cooldown reduction changes in Patch 3.3 have favored Shen more than we expected, making him one of the most powerful champions on the Rift. To restore balance back to the Baron Lane, we’re pulling back on his overall dueling potential.
Ki Barrier
- •Base shield reduced from 60 to 109 (based on level) to 51 to 100 (based on level).
Twilight Assault
- •Empowered health ratio reduced from 5.5/6/6.5/7 maximum health to 5/5.5/6/6.5%.
The recent systemic changes have been extremely favorable for Sona, so we’re lowering the volume on some of her scaling power, before she reaches a Crescendo.
Aria of Perseverance
- •Aura base shield reduced from 25/65/105/145 to 25/55/85/115.
Crescendo
- •Basic ability cooldown reduction reduced from 10/25/40% to 10/20/30%.
Yasuo’s ability to take fast trades in lane and shrug off chip damage in the later stages of the game is stronger than we’d like, so we’re cutting down on the strength and duration of his passive shield.
Way of the Wanderer
- •Base shield reduced from 100 to 520 (based on level) to 100 to 485 (based on level).
- •Shield duration reduced from 2 seconds to 1.5.
While Ekko has been succeeding in the jungle, that same performance isn’t echoing over into the Mid Lane. To balance out his power in both of these roles, we’re reducing how quickly he clears Jungle camps and the mana cost of Timewinder so that Ekko can more efficiently harass enemy champions during the early laning phase.
Z-Drive Resonance
- •Damage against monsters reduced from 150% to 120%.
Timewinder
- •Mana cost reduced from 60/70/80/90 to 50/60/70/80.
Despite players climbing his mastery curve, Pyke isn’t performing as well as we’d like to see in the support role. We’re giving him some leeway to take some extra damage here and there particularly in the support role. Given his performance in other roles, we’re also cutting back on his ability to clear waves and jungle camps as easily as he can.
Stats
- •Health growth increased from 115 to 125.
Gift of the Drowned Ones
- •Base damage stored near multiple enemies increased from 35% to 45%.
Phantom Undertow
- •Damage against minions and monsters reduced from 100% to 25%.
Death from Below
- •Description updated to clarify the gold granted.
Soraka is one of the champions that benefited the most from our Ultimate Cooldown reductions last patch, especially for her tanky builds that lean heavily on Wish’s base values. We’re going to shift some power into the Ability Power ratio to make sure Soraka is rewarded for building magic damage.
Wish
- •Base heal reduced from 150/250/350 to 150/225/300.
- •Heal AP ratio increased from 40% AP to 45%.
Items
Death’s Dance has a lot of power and has been frustrating for fighters recently. We’re looking to bring down some of that frustration by reducing the snowballing power of its takedown heal.
Unique passive - Dance
- •Heal reduced from 15% maximum health to 10%.
Divine Sunderer has been outperforming its alternatives, especially as an early game pick up, so we’re increasing its cost to bring it more in line with other items like Trinity Force.
General
- •Total cost increased from 3330 gold to 3450 gold.
- •Combine cost increased from 230 gold to 350 gold.
Black Cleaver has solid stats all around, but recently it’s been purchased so frequently and is starting to become an item that is purchasable by any Attack Damage champion. To combat this, we’re making it more difficult to stack to push it more towards excelling in sustained combat and multi-hit spells.
Unique passive - Sunder
- •Armor reduction per stack reduced from 5% to 4%.
- •Maximum stacks increased from 5 to 6.
Unique passive - Rapids
- •Duration increased from 4 seconds to 6.
- •Ability haste reduced from 20 to 15.
