While Akshan is performing well in laning phases, it’s not translating to the late game. We’re improving his survivability to give him room to make splashy plays in team fights.
Stats
- •Armor growth increased from 3.9 to 4.3.
Avengerang
- •Base damage increased from 5/30/55/80 to 5/35/65/95.
- •Damage against minions changed from 60/70/80/90% to 55/70/85/100%.
Heroic Swing
- •Critical strike damage increased from 125% to 150%.
The Darkin form of Kayn needs to be more powerful to stay advantaged in fights.

The Darkin Scythe
- •Points from damaging melee champions increased from 12 to 15.
- •Points from melee champion takedowns increased from 60 to 75.
- •Heal damage ratio increased from 20 to 34% (based on level) to 24 to 38% (based on level).
Reaping Slash
- •Darkin health ratio increased from 6% target's maximum health to 7%.
Umbral Trespass

We’re improving Wukong’s survivability so he can last till the end of his journey!

Zyra’s lack of damage has made her an unpopular pick as a solo laner and support. We’re boosting her damage because it’s never too late for a flower to bloom.
Garden of Thorns
- •Thorn Spitter base damage increased from 5 to 75 (based on level) to 10 to 80 (based on level).
- •Thorn Spitter damage AP ratio increased from 10% AP to 13%.
Deadly Spines
- •AP ratio increased from 50% AP to 60%
Seraphine is a great medic, providing ample Health Regen to her teammates, which can be frustrating to play against. We’re adjusting the amount of healing she is pumping out to give players more space for decision-making when it comes to the right moment to heal.
Surround Sound
- •Cooldown increased from 22/19/16/13 seconds to 22/20/18/16.
- •Heal health ratio reduced from 7.5% target's misssing health to 5%.
Urgot can be oppressive in lane, especially to opponents that aren’t sure how his kits work (me). We’re adjusting his damage so his opponents (me) can catch their breath against him.
Purge
- •Base damage reduced from 12 to 6.
We’re adjusting Viego’s damage to make sure players are choosing the right time to go in.
Stats
- •Armor growth reduced from 5.5 to 5.
Blade of the Ruined King
- •On-hit damage health ratio reduced from 4/5/6/7% target's current health to 3/4/5/6%.
- •Second hit AD ratio reduced from 20% AD to 15%.
- •Critical strike chance ratio reduced from 0 to 75% (based on critical strike chance) to 0 to 50% (based on critical strike chance).
Heartbreaker
- •Cooldown increased from 80/70/60 seconds to 90/75/60.
- •Critical strike chance ratio reduced from 0 to 75% (based on critical strike chance) to 0 to 50% (based on critical strike chance).
Rengar is receiving his rework this patch! We are reworking his abilities to allow for a variety of combos. His skills should also feel smoother as you pounce in and out of bushes. His damage output will also be much more stable, allowing his opponents to understand exactly how much health they need to avoid getting bursted.

Unseen Predator
- •Removed: Leaping at 0 stacks no longer grants 1 stack.
- •New Effect: Whenever Rengar reaches 0 Ferocity, his next leap now generates 1 Ferocity, regardless of current Ferocity.
- •Ferocity generated by a leap now displays a different color.
- •New Effect: Ferocity expires after 8 seconds out of combat.
- •Bonus attack damage changed from 1/4/9/16/25% bonus AD to 4/8/12/16/20% bonus AD.
Savagery
- •Base damage increased from 40/80/120/160 to 50/90/130/170.
- •Empowered base damage increased from 40 to 250 (based on level) to 50 to 260 (based on level).
- •New Effect: The attack will critically strike for 0 to 75% (based on critical strike chance) bonus damage.
- •Damage against turrets reduced from 100% to 60%.
Battle Roar
- •Removed: Empowered cast no longer grants bonus movement speed.
- •New Effect: Heal damage ratio against monsters increased from 60% to 100%.
Bola Strike
- •New Effect: Reveals around the target for 2 seconds.
- •New Effect: Can be cast during a Unseen Predator.
- •Base damage increased from 60/120/180/240 to 70/130/190/250.
- •Empowered base damage increased from 65 to 310 (based on level) to 75 to 320 (based on level).
Thrill of the Hunt
- •Cooldown reduced from 90/75/60 seconds to 75/65/55.
- •Bonus movement speed increased from 30/40/50% to 40/50/60%.

The Redeeming Enchantment was not providing stable Health Regen to the team. We’re reworking it into an item to provide more frequent and stable healing to the team.
Recipe:
- •Catalyst of Aeons + Kindlegem + 500 gold = 2600 gold.
Stats:
- •20 ability haste, 400 health, 300 mana.
Unique Passive - Salvation:
- •While an allied champion is nearby (350 units), all nearby allied champions are healed for 50 (+ 6% of your bonus health) every 8 seconds.
Unique Passive - Eternity:
- •Restore mana equal to 15% of damage taken from champions. Restore health equal to 20% of mana spent, up to 15 health per cast, while toggle abilities can heal for up to 15 per second.
- •Limited to 1 Redemption.
Immortal Shieldbow used to increase in value with Crit rate, which limited its usage. We’re removing the crit requirement, as well as lowering the price so players can feel good about picking it up when they need survivability.

- •Total cost reduced from 3200 gold from 3000 gold.
- •Combine cost reduced from 850 gold to 650 gold.
Unique passive - Lifeline
- •Base shield changed from 200 to 700 (based on critical strike chance) to 250 to 550 (based on level).
We’re buffing the Armor Penetration for the later phase of the game as it can be hard for champs to deal effective damage to well-itemized tank champions.

- •Armor penetration increased from 16 to 30% (based on level) to 16 to 33% (based on level).
Similar to Mortal Reminder, we are buffing the Armor Penetration for the later phase of the game.
