  • Damage against monsters increased from 140% to 155%.

Timewinder

  • Outbound base damage increased from 70/90/110/130 to 85/105/125/145.
  • Rebound base damage increased from 50/85/120/155 to 65/100/135/170.

Chronobreak

  • Base heal increased from 100/150/200 to 150/200/250.

  • Self base heal reduced from 100/125/150 to 50 at all ranks.

Inferno Trigger

  • Base damage per 0.2 seconds reduced from 5/20/35 to 5/15/25.
  • Total base damage reduced from 50/200/350 to 50/150/250.
  • AD ratio per 0.2 seconds reduced from 60% AD to 50%.
  • Total AD ratio reduced from 600% AD to 500%.

Twitch is quite strong in the mid-to-late game which can lead to him snowballing out of control, making him difficult to counter. We’re tweaking his numbers slightly so his opponents have more ways to fight back when Twitch gets ahead.

  • Armor growth reduced from 4 to 3.5.
  • Magic resistance growth reduced from 1 to 0.5.

Contaminate

  • Base damage reduced from 30/40/50/60 to 25/35/45/55.
  • Base damage per stack reduced from 20/25/30/35 to 15/20/25/30.
  • Maximum damage from stacks reduced from 100/125/150/175 to 75/100/125/150.
  • AD ratio per stack reduced from 33% bonus AD to 30%.
  • Maximum AD ratio from stacks reduced from 165% bonus AD to 150%.
  • AP ratio per stack reduced to 20% AP from 18% AP.
  • Maximum AP ratio from stacks reduced from 100% AP to 90%.

Spray and Pray

  • Subsequent target damage reduced from 90% to 85%.
  • Minimum subsequent target damage increased from 40% to 60%.
