Our favorite Dragon in the Mid Lane has been gorging on stardust and outpacing his enemies, especially in the early-to-mid game. These changes will make sure he’s down to earth but still able to scale exponentially in late-game.
Cosmic Creator
- Stardust granted from minions and small monsters reduced from 2 to 1.
- Stardust granted from siege minions, cannon minions and large monsters increased from 3 to 5.
Singularity
- Bugfix: Fixed an issue where Singularity could unnaturally kill a summoned Rift Herald.
Our favorite Dragon in the Mid Lane has been bursting tanks way faster than he should be. Now he’s gonna need some more Stardust to do that kind of damage.

It’s easy to make the wrong turn on Aurelion Sol. You could say… he’s a little hard to drive. We’re going to optimize his maneuverability during Astral Flight so you can make sick plays while staying on track.

Aurelion Sol has quietly been a safe and powerful pick in the mid lane for some time. We're reducing his base Armor and the mobility he gains from Celestial Expansion to open up more space (lol) for healthy counterplay.

Aurelion Sol is still way too strong even after the Liandry’s nerf. While we are nerfing his most powerful rune (Conqueror) we feel he needs an additional tune down to his mid-game strength to be more in line with other champions.

- Star base damage reduced from 18 to 130 (based on level) to 15 to 130 (based on level).
Celestial Expansion
- Base damage reduced from 25 to 165 (based on level) to 25 to 170 (based on level).
Voice of Light
- Cooldown increased from 65/55/45 seconds to 80/65/50.
This one’s coming in hot from a recent spike to Aurelion Sol’s winrate. From the desk of balance lead, Jonathan Chao: “I don’t know how to word it. Basically he could zoom everywhere before, just not change directions. Now he can zoom everywhere and change directions. We are nerfing him so he can change directions but at a slower move speed.”
Starsurge
- Bug Fix: No longer grants 20% bonus movement speed when Starsurge missile is fired.
Comet of Legend
- Maximum passive movement speed reduced from 40% to 20%.

Aurelion Sol added to Wild Rift
Aurelion Sol has the highest winrate amongst our top ranked players. He has too much mobility and crowd control right now, so we’re nerfing his cooldowns and stun duration. We know he’s an all-powerful celestial being, but… c’mon.

- Minimum stun duration reduced from 0.55/0.6/0.65/0.7 seconds to 0.4/0.45/0.5/0.55.
- Maximum stun duration reduced from 2.2/2.4/2.6/2.8 seconds to 1.6/1.8/2/2.2.
Celestial Expansion
- Cooldown increased from 5/4/3/2 seconds to 8/6/4/2.
