We noticed that the effect of Darius’ Hemorrhage has not been impactful this patch, which is not ideal since the bleed it provides is essential to his kit. This buff will return Darius to his glorious state. Have fun dunking!

Hemorrhage

  • Base damage per 1 second increased from 2.9 to 7.1 (based on level) to 3 to 8.6 (based on level).
  • Total base damage increased from 14.5 to 35.5 (based on level) to 15 to 43 (based on level).
  • Damage AD ratio per 1 second increased from 6% bonus AD to 8%.
  • Total damage AD ratio increased from 30% bonus AD to 40%.

Decimate

  • Heal increased from 12/24/36% (based on targets hit by the blade) missing health to 15/30/45% (based on targets hit by the blade).

This explorer is struggling to make an impact, especially when compared to his peers. These changes will make his earlier game stronger, helping with those early scraps in the Dragon Lane.

  • Base attack damage increased from 58 to 62.

Rising Spell Force

  • Total attack speed increased from 10/20/30/40% (based on stacks) to 13/26/39/52% (based on stacks).

Mystic Shot

Our blade dancer has been underperforming on the Rift, especially in team fights where she should shine. We think these buffs to her passive and third ability will have her blades run through her enemies faster than you can say “for Ionia”!

  • Bonus damage AD ratio increased from 25% bonus AD to 30%.

Flawless Duet

  • Cooldown reduced from 13/12/11/10 seconds to 12/11/10/9.

  • Health per stack increased from 12 to 16.

  • Base damage per 0.5 seconds reduced from 10/20/30 to 7.5/17.5/27.5.

Lulu is able to sit back and buff her teammates a safe distance away, which makes her difficult to counter. These changes will balance out some of the utility she is able to provide.

Items

We introduced Chempunk Chainsword in Patch 4.4, but it hasn’t been the most popular purchase since its release. While Grievous Wounds is a more niche pick up, we wanted to make some adjustments so that this item has power outside of just its anti-heal.

General

  • Ability haste increased from 10 to 15.
  • Attack damage increased from 40 to 45.
  • Health increased from 200 to 250.

Crystalline Reflector isn’t as effective as we had hoped it to be against physical damage opponents. These buffs will make it a reliable pickup when you’re struggling against anyone hitting you a little too hard.

General

  • Health increased from 150 to 200.
  • Magic penetration increased from 0% to 7%.

Unique passive - Mirrored Force

  • Physical damage reduction increased from 8 to 15 (based on level) to 8 to 25 (based on level).

Immortal Shieldbow’s unique abilities have been lackluster, making it a less popular pick compared to other physical items. These changes will make it a top pick again for those who need a little more protection.

Unique passive - Lifeline

  • Shield increased from 200 to 500 (based on critical strike chance) to 300 to 600 (based on critical strike chance).

Unique passive - Battle Furor

  • Physical vamp increased from 5% to 8%.

We’ve adjusted some numbers and its cost to make it a more efficient pickup when you’re facing a crit heavy enemy team.

  • Attack damage increased from 25 to 30.

Bloodthirster’s build patch is getting updated. We wanted to even out its path so that you can pick a component up every time you return to base, and aren’t left with awkward gold when you go to the shop and try to build as your first item. We’re also adjusting some numbers to balance out these changes.

New Recipe:

  • Cloak of Agility + Long Sword + Vampiric Scepter + 600 gold = 3300 gold.
  • Old Recipe: Cloak of Agility + Vampiric Scepter + 1100 gold = 3300 gold.
  • Attack damage reduced from 55 to 50.

Unique passive - Bloodsworn

  • Attack speed reduced from 15% to 10%.
