Immortal Shieldbow has been changed in 6 patches since release in Patch 4.2. 3 buffs, 1 nerf, 2 adjustments. Removed in Patch 6.2.
Immortal Shieldbow used to increase in value with Crit rate, which limited its usage. We’re removing the crit requirement, as well as lowering the price so players can feel good about picking it up when they need survivability.
General
- Total cost reduced from 3200 gold from 3000 gold.
- Combine cost reduced from 850 gold to 650 gold.
Unique passive - Lifeline
- Base shield changed from 200 to 700 (based on critical strike chance) to 250 to 550 (based on level).

- Added shield break VFX.
Immortal Shieldbow’s unique abilities have been lackluster, making it a less popular pick compared to other physical items. These changes will make it a top pick again for those who need a little more protection.

- Physical vamp increased from 5% to 8%.

Similarly to Bloodthirster, when Shieldbow is paired with other vamp items, the amount of vamp a player can end up stacking is too high. In addition to this, the shield that this item grants some champions like Yasuo and Yone is too high. So we’re reducing its vamp and shield power.

Immortal Shieldbow added to Wild Rift
We wanted to bring another item for marksmen to have as a first purchase, so we brought over Immortal Shieldbow. It will be a great pick-up early on if you’re looking for a little extra protection and power in the early-to-mid game.
Recipe:
- Noonquiver + Long Sword + Brawler's Gloves + 1000 gold = 3200 gold
Stats:
- 40 attack damage, 15% attack speed, 25% critical strike chance, 5% physical vamp.
Unique Passive - Lifeline:
- If you take damage that would reduce you below 35% of your maximum health, you first gain a shield that absorbs 200 to 700 (based on critical rate) damage for 5 seconds (90 second cooldown).
Unique Passive - Battle Furor:
- Triggering Lifeline will grant 10% physical vamp for 8 seconds.
