Passive - Get Excited!

Innate: Whenever Jinx scores a takedown against an enemy champion, epic monster, or turret within 3 seconds of damaging them, she restores 10% missing mana and gains 140% bonus movement speed decaying over 6 seconds.

During this time, she also gains 12% total attack speed and is allowed to exceed the attack speed cap.

Pow-Pow: Basic attacks generate a stack of Rev'd up for 2.5 seconds, refreshing on subsequent hits and stacking up to 3 times. Each stack of Rev'd up grants bonus attack speed, with all stacks beyond the first one being 50% effective. Stacks expire by one every 2 seconds.

Fishbones: Basic attacks cost mana on-attack to deal 112% AD modified physical damage to the target and nearby enemies. The damage is affected by critical strike modifiers. While using Fishbones, Jinx gains bonus range.

Only the first attack after switching to Fishbones will benefit from Rev'd up.

Active: Jinx tosses out 3 traps centered at the target location that arm after 0.75 seconds, then explode after 5 seconds to deal magic damage to nearby enemies.

A trap will also explode when an enemy champion steps on it, knocking them down and rooting them for a set duration. Enemies can be affected by only one trap.

Active: Jinx fires a massive rocket in the target direction, briefly granting sight of its surroundings and exploding upon the first enemy champion hit. The explosion deals physical damage to the target and surrounding enemies, and grants sight of the area for 2 seconds.

Jinx’s late game mana limit often prevents her from using Fishbone to her advantage, and we don’t want her mana consumption to be a limitation to her late game performance. So we’re removing that limitation so she can wreak havoc!

Compared to other marksmen in the Dragon Lane, Jinx is struggling to keep up and stand out. So we’re giving her some updates to help bring her more in line with her peers.

Zap!

  • New effect: Cast time is now reduced by attack speed (max 140% AS) instead of ability ranks.

Flame Chompers!

  • Root duration increased from 1.3/1.45/1.6/1.75 seconds to 1.45/1.55/1.65/1.75.
  • Cooldown reduced from 19/16/13/10 seconds to 16/14/12/10.

It’s too easy for Jinx to steal objectives with her Super Mega Death Rocket! allowing her to steal objectives away from junglers looking to Smite it. We are capping her ultimate's damage vs monsters to reduce her frequency of steals and make her a little less frustrating for junglers.
