General
- •Released April 22, 2021 (00:01 UTC).
Corki’s mail route stops by the Rift a bit too often. We’re giving him a bit of a break between deliveries with the goal to give him and his opponents a bit of breathing room.
Hextech Munitions
- •The Package respawn time increased from 100 seconds to 150.
Diana’s weak across the board, so we’re shifting some of the rank-up power from (3) Lunar Rush into (2) Pale Cascade alongside some general buffs. These changes will help her survive the laning phase and push her advantage when she gets ahead.

- •Base health increased from 570 to 610.
Moonsilver Blade
- •New Effect: After casting an ability, Diana gains 30 to 120% (based on level) bonus attack speed for the next 3 basic attacks.
Crescent Strike
- •Cooldown reduced from 10/9/8/7 seconds to 9/8/7/6.
Pale Cascade
- •Cooldown reduced from 14 seconds at all ranks to 13/11.5/10/8.5.
Lunar Rush
- •Removed: No longer grants bonus attack speed after casting an ability on her next 3 basic attacks.
Moonfall
- •Minimum base damage from 150/200/250 increased to 175/225/275.
- •Minimum AP ratio increased from 35% AP to 40%.
- •Maximum base damage increased from 300/400/500 to 350/450/550.
- •Maximum AP ratio increased from 70% AP to 80%.
Leona’s not quite shining as a crowd controlling support tank yet, so we’re lowering the cooldowns of her core lockdown combo.
Shield of Daybreak
- •Cooldown reduced from 6 seconds to 5.
Zenith Blade
- •Cooldown reduced from 13/12/11/10 seconds to 12/10/8/6.
We’re happy with Pantheon’s mini-rework from Patch 2.2, but he could still use a few more tools in his arsenal. These adjustments should help him maintain his ability to carry an early game lead into a W.

- •Base attack damage increased from 58 to 64.
- •Attack damage growth increased from 2.65 to 3.6.
Comet Spear
- •Tap base damage increased from 55/100/145/190 to 70/110/150/190.
- •Charge base damage increased from 55/100/145/190 to 70/110/150/190.
- •Bonus AD ratio increased from 100% bonus AD to 110%.
- •Critical strike bonus AD ratio increased from 150% bonus AD to 165%.
We’re cautiously buffing Tristana as she’s still not matching up to the rest of the marksman roster.

- •Attack damage growth increased from 2.65 to 3.6.
Explosive Charge
- •Cooldown reduced from 16 seconds at all ranks to 16/15/14/13.
For a tanky supportive champ, Alistar’s dealing too much damage, particularly to turrets. Using (2) Headbutt to attack turrets (did you know you could do that?) should be a bit more of a conscious choice.

- •Base damage reduced from 55/130/205/280 to 50/120/190/260.
- •Damage against turrets reduced from 150% to 75%.
Mundo buy Sunfire Aegis. Mundo burn down entire jungle and enemy team. Mundo need time out.

- •Base attack damage reduced from 64 to 58.
- •Base health reduced from 690 to 650.
- •Base armor reduced from 45 to 40.
Masochism
- •Duration reduced from 5 seconds at all ranks to 3/3.5/4/4.5.
Much like his iconic ultimate, Galio arrived with a bang and disrupted the meta significantly. We’re toning back his damage across the board, and shortening his (3) Justice Punch range based on feedback that it felt a little long.

- •Base health reduced from 610 to 570.
Colossal Smash
- •Cooldown increased from 5/4/3 (at level 1/5/9) seconds to 5/4.5/4 (at level 1/5/9).
- •Base damage reduced from 15 to 225 (based on level) to 15 to 190 (based on level).
Winds of War
- •Percent health AP ratio reduced from 2% per 100 AP to 1.5%.
Shield of Durand
- •Cooldown increased from 15/14/13/12 seconds to 18/17/16/15.
- •AP ratio reduced from 60% AP to 45%.
Justice Punch
- •Dash range reduced from 650 to 575.
Vi has been a popular and reliable pick in high-level games, but on the strong side in regular play. These changes allow her to keep her reliable gank patterns, but at a slightly higher risk.

- •Base armor reduced from 35 to 30.
Assault and Battery
- •Cooldown increased from 85/65/45 seconds to 95/75/55.
Blitzcrank has been slightly underperforming for a while now, so we’re reverting some of the nerfs he received last year. These changes, combined with the recent tank item update, should give him a healthier space in the support roster.
Rocket Grab
- •Base damage increased from 60/120/180/240 to 80/140/200/260.
Overdrive
- •Self-slow duration reduced from 1.5 seconds to 1.
Shyvana’s got it all: tankiness, high damage, she’s a freakin’ dragon. In the absence of Davion, we’re cutting down her damage and health.

- •Base health reduced from 650 to 610.
Twin Bite
- •Cooldown increased from 8/7/6/5 seconds to 9/8/7/6.
Flame Breath
- •On-hit damage health ratio increased from 3.5% target's maximum health to 3%.
