Unique passive - Torment
- Health ratio per second increased from 0.4% target's maximum health to 0.6 to 3% (based on level).
- Total health ratio increased from 1.2% target's maximum health to 1.8 to 9% (based on level).
- Editor's note: Patch notes error writes old value of 0.6 to 2% (based on level) instead of 0.4%, copied from Yordle Liandry's Torment in V6.2.
- Removed: No longer scales with AP.

Liandry’s is currently one of our most powerful mage items. To bring this item more in line with its peers, we’re reducing the base max health damage provided by the Torment passive while also shifting around the Ability Power and health provided by this item.

- New passive: Ability damage and empowered attacks apply a burn that deals magic damage equal to 1% (+ 0.5% per 100 AP) target's maximum health per second over 3 seconds.
- Editor's Note: Patch notes error writes 20 (+ 1.5% AP) (+ 1.5% target’s max health) instead of 1% + (0.5% per 100 AP) target's maximum health.
- Old passive: Ability damage and empowered attacks apply a burn that deals 1% of target's maximum health magic damage per 0.5 second over 3 seconds. This damage doubles if they are slow or immobilize.
