We've improved Annie's mid-game laning and ganking potential, allowing her to leverage her strengths earlier and provide more support for her teammates.

Disintegrate

  • Mana cost reduced from 65/70/75/80 to 50/55/60/65.
  • Base damage increased from 80/125/170/215 to 80/130/180/230.
  • AP ratio increased from 80% AP to 85%.

Molten Shield

  • Bonus movement speed increased from 20/25/30/35% to 25/30/35/40%.

We've increased Ezreal's late-game damage. This should ensure that he remains a significant threat, even in the later stages of the game.

  • Base movement speed increased from 335 to 340.

Mystic Shot

  • AD ratio increased from 120% AD to 130%.

Compared to other junglers, Graves struggles to deal damage in the earlier stages of the game. To lend him a hand, we’ve boosted his early-game combat ability, which will improve his jungle clear speed and survivability in fights.

  • Cooldown reduced from 11.5/10/8.5/7 seconds to 10/9/8/7.
  • Damage against monsters increased from 105% to 110%.

Quickdraw

  • Bonus armor per stack increased from 8/14/20/26 to 13/18/23/28.

As a marksman, Lucian struggles to pose a significant threat to enemies in the mid-to-late game. To address this, we've made him more agile in mid-game fights while also boosting his damage for the later stages.

  • Attack damage growth increased from 4 to 4.5.

Wukong has struggled to sustain after taking a solo fight during the laning phase. Additionally, his high mana costs have limited his ability to consistently trade with his foes. To help him out, we've improved his sustain and reduced his mana costs. Now, he no longer needs Manaflow Band to compensate for his early-game insufficient mana problems. 

Stone Skin

  • Bonus health regeneration per stack increased from 1.5% maximum health to 2.5%.

Golden Staff

  • Passive cooldown reduced from 12/10/8/6 seconds to 10.5/9/7.5/6.
  • Mana cost reduced from 40 to 30.

Nimbus Strike

  • Mana cost reduced from 45/50/55/60 to 40 at all ranks.

We’re slowing down Ambessa’s jungle clear speed while also reducing her overall damage and sustain. She’ll now need to be more cautious when choosing her moment to strike.

  • Base damage reduced from 5 to 61 (based on level) to 4 to 46 (based on level).
  • Health ratio reduced from 2% target's maximum health to 1.5%.

Cunning Sweep

  • Damage against monsters reduced from 110% to 100%.

Public Execution

  • Minimum base heal reduced from 50/75/100 to 25/50/75.
  • Maximum base heal reduced from 150/225/300 to 75/150/225.
  • Minimum heal AD ratio reduced from 50% bonus AD to 45%.
  • Maximum heal AD ratio reduced from 100% AD to 90%.

In the current patch, Ekko’s burst damage is overly strong, and his mobility and survivability make him difficult to punish. So, we’re reducing his jungle clear speed and burst potential while also increasing the early cooldown of his ultimate. Now, he’ll need better scaling and more strategic positioning to take down his opponents.

Z-Drive Resonance

  • Damage against monsters reduced from 155% to 120%.

Parallel Convergence

  • Health ratio reduced from 3% target's missing health to 2%.
  • AP health ratio reduced from 2% target's missing health per 100 AP to 1.5%.

Chronobreak

  • Cooldown increased from 70/55/40 seconds to 80/60/40.

Corki’s reworked performance didn’t land quite how we wanted it to, so we’re boosting his Attack Speed per level and reducing his ultimate’s downtime. This will help him better weave basic attacks between abilities for more sustained damage output.

Stats

  • Attack damage growth reduced from 3.5 to 3.
  • Editor's Note: Patch notes error writes change of "3 to 3.5", instead of "3.5 to 3". Value was already 3.5 in V6.0c.
  • Attack speed growth increased from 2.2% to 3.2%.

Missile Barrage

  • Recharge time reduced from 20 seconds to 16.
  • On-hit recharge refund increased from 2 to 4 (based on critical rate) seconds to 2 to 5 (based on critical rate).

Irelia is a dominant force in lane, especially in the hands of skilled players. However, she often struggles to find impact in mid-to-late-game teamfights. To balance this, we've reduced her early-game pressure while increasing her late-game survivability. 

Ionian Fervor

  • Base damage changed from 30 to 120 (based on level) to 10 to 150 (based on level).

Bladesurge

  • Base damage reduced from 15/45/75/105 to 10/40/70/100.
  • AD ratio increased from 60% AD to 65%.
  • Heal AD ratio changed from 19/21/23/25% AD to 16/20/24/28%.

Mordekaiser tends to struggle during the laning phase, so we’ve strengthened the damage he can do in lane. However, we’ve also slightly toned down his terrifying Realm of Death to keep him more balanced overall.

Obliterate

  • Base damage increased from 70/95/120/145 to 80/110/140/170.
  • Base damage reduced from 4 to 90 (based on level) to 4 to 70 (based on level).
  • AP ratio increased from 60% AP to 70%.

Realm of Death

  • Cooldown increased from 100/85/70 seconds to 105/90/75.

We're making some adjustments to Glorious Enchant so that it is a more appealing buy for champions who can utilize it.

Unique active - Glory

  • Shockwave radius increased from 200 to 250.
  • New effect: The bonus movement speed will persist for the full duration instead of ending upon shockwave.

We're introducing a new mechanic to Magnetron to improve its usability, especially for champions who rely on quick repositioning.

Unique active - Magnetron

  • New effect: Upon arrival, you gain 30% bonus movement speed for 1.5 seconds.
Manamune Wild Rift ItemWRManamuneBuff

Compared to the other Tear of the Goddess items, Manamune stacks at a slower pace. We've improved its stacking efficiency, so if you choose this item, you can be more effective in the mid-game.

Unique passive - Mana Charge

  • Mana generation increased from 10 to 15.
Locket Enchant Wild Rift ItemWRLocket EnchantNerf

With the addition of Forbidden Idol, Locket has been providing too much shielding in the mid-to-late game. So, we’re adjusting its shielding power.

Unique active - Locket

  • Base shield reduced from 60 to 390 (based on level) to 60 to 330 (based on level).

In teamfights, Stoneplate Enchant has been providing too large of a shield and making certain champions too tanky. We’re reducing the shield value to bring it more in line.

Unique active - Stoneplate

  • Health ratio reduced from 28/42/56/70% (at level 0/1/2/3) (based on nearby enemy champions) to 28/38/48/58% (at level 0/1/2/3) (based on nearby enemy champions).
