Ahri was last buffed in Patch 7.0c (). Across 16 patches, Ahri has received 8 buffs, 5 nerfs, 3 adjustments since release in Patch 0.5.

Passive - Essence Theft

Innate: When Ahri's abilities hit at least one enemy, she generates a stack. At 3 stacks, her next ability hit will consume them all to heal herself for 40 / 60 / 80 / 100 (+ 20% AP).

Whenever Ahri scores a champion takedown within 3 seconds of damaging them, she collects their essence to heal for 80 / 120 / 160 / 200 (+ 35% AP).

Active: Ahri sends her orb in the target direction that deals magic damage to enemies hit. At maximum range, the orb rebounds back to her to deal the same in true damage to enemies hit.

Active: Ahri gains 45% bonus movement speed that decays over 1.5 seconds, and conjures three flames orbiting her clockwise for up to 2.5 seconds. After 0.25 seconds, each flame targets a visible enemy, or after 0.4 seconds targets the closest visible enemy in range, dealing magic damage. Each subsequent flame against a single target deals 30% less damage than the previous.

If Ahri hits a basic attack or Charm within the last 5 seconds, Fox-Fire gains increased missile speed, and the effect radius is increased.

Flames prioritize enemy champions hit by Charm, then enemy champions, then minions that would die to Fox-Fire's damage, and then the target of Ahri's last basic attack within 3 seconds.

Active: Ahri dashes in the target direction and then fires essence bolts to up to 3 nearby visible enemies, each dealing magic damage.

Spirit Rush can be recast twice more within 12 seconds of the activation at no additional cost, with a 1-second static cooldown between casts. During this time, Essence Theft a champion's essence will extend the recast duration by and up to 10 seconds, and grants an additional recast, storing up to 3 recasts at a time.

Recast: Ahri mimics the first cast's effects.

Spirit Rush's recast duration will persist even after using all recasts. Bolts prioritize champions. Fox-Fire can be cast during the dash.

No need to “wahri”, we’re buffing some of Ahri’s regen and flexibility, so that she can pounce around teamfights and kite her enemies more smoothly.

Essence Theft

  • Champion takedown base heal increased from 70/110/150/190 (at level 1/5/9/13) to 80/120/160/200 (at level 1/5/9/13).
  • Champion takedown heal AP ratio increased from 30% AP to 35%.

Fox-Fire

  • Bonus movement speed increased from 40% to 45%.

Ahri has been outperforming other mages in the mid lane since the release of her rework. To scale back on some of the sustain she has access to during teamfights, we’re reducing the healing she gains from scoring takedowns with her Essence Theft passive.

  • Champion AP ratio reduced from 40% AP to 30%.
Patch 3.3Change

Due to the positive reception of Ahri’s rework in League PC, we’re ahrilly excited to be bringing it over to Wild Rift! These new changes bring some new mechanics for Essence Theft and Spirit Rush, an update to her Charm ability to address some frustrations it can cause, and some quality of life improvements for her Fox-Fire ability.

Essence Theft

  • Base heal increased from 30/60/90/120 to 40/60/80/100 seconds.
  • Heal AP ratio reduced from 45% AP to 20%.
  • New Effect: Whenever Ahri scores a champion takedown within 3 seconds of damaging them, she consumes their essence to heal herself for 80/120/160/200 (at level 1/5/9/13) + 40% AP.

Fox-Fire

  • Improved the logic of the fox-fire missile.

Charm

  • Removed: Enemies hit by Charm take 20% more damage from Ahri's abilities for 5 seconds.

Spirit Rush

  • Cooldown reduced from 90/75/60 seconds to 75/65/55.
  • Recast duration increased from 10 seconds to 12.
  • New Effect: Cooldown start changed from post-effect to on-cast.
  • New Effect: Consuming a champion's essence with Essence Theft while active extends the ability's recast duration by and up to 10 seconds and grants an additional recast, storing up to 3 recasts.
  • Recast duration now persists after using all recasts.
Patch 3.2Nerf

Compared to her fellow mid laners, you could say that Ahri is starting to look a little sca-hri. So, we’re cutting away at some of the free durability she gains. This will expose Ahri to more risk when she goes in for those big plays.

Stats

  • Health growth reduced from 115 to 105.

Ahri is overperforming across all skill levels, so we’re giving her a tune down across the board.

The Ninetailed Fox is getting a small bugfix that will affect her power levels slightly, but don’t get your tails in a bunch. We don’t expect her to need compensation due to some other items being shifted.

  • Bug Fix: Movement speed now properly decays over time.

Ahri was charming her foes towards their demise too easily. We’re making her work harder to secure her victims by making the nine-tailed fox a bit more vulnerable.

Ahri added to Wild Rift

We’re changing Ahri’s passive, (1) Orb of Deception and (2) Fox-Fire to be more similar with their League PC versions. The green healing ball returns! We expect these changes to be mostly power neutral but will keep an eye on her performance over the next month.

Essence Theft

  • New Innate Effect: Ahri generates a stack of Essence Theft whenever she hits an enemy with her abilities, stacking up to 3 times. At 3 stacks, her next ability will heal her for 30–X (based on level) (+ 45% AP).
  • Old Innate Effect: Ahri's gains 30% spell vamp against immobilized enemies.

Orb of Deception

  • Removed: Ahri no longer gains 30% bonus movement speed while the orb is in flight.

Fox-Fire

  • New Effect: Ahri gains 40% bonus movement speed decaying over 1.5 seconds.
