- Cloak of Agility + Recurve Bow + 600 gold = 3000 gold.
- Old Recipe: Nashor's Talon + Recurve Bow + 800 gold = 3000 gold.
- Critical strike chance increased from 0% to 25%.

Runaan’s Hurricane has been overshadowing other items of the same caliber. On some champions, it’s overpowering. We’ve adjusted its numbers to make it a more reasonable item choice.

- Attack damage reduced from 30 to 15.
- Ability power reduced from 60 to 30.
New Recipe:
- Nashor's Talon + Recurve Bow + 700 gold = 2900 gold.
- Old Recipe: Cloak of Agility + Recurve Bow + 900 gold = 2800 gold.
- Critical strike chance reduced from 25% to 0%.
New Unique Passive - Wind's Favor:
- Gain 30 bonus attack damage or 60 ability power (Adaptive).
New Unique Passive - Wind Blade:
- Basic attacks deal 15 bonus physical damage on-hit.
Runaan’s Hurricane is rarely chosen over the other Zeal item options, even on the champions that synergize best with its effects. We’re giving a boost to the bolts ratio to make Runaan’s definitively stronger as a scaling option compared to other Zeal items, particularly when you’re up against a team with lots of melee opponents.
