- Nashor's Talon + Recurve Bow + 700 gold = 2900 gold.
Stats:
- 35% attack speed.
Unique Passive - Razorwind:
- Basic attacks on-attack generate a stack for 6 seconds, refreshing on subsequent attacks and stacking up to 3 times. At maximum stacks, they are consumed to fire a bolt to the target that deals 10% AD physical damage and applies on-hit effects at 100% effectiveness.
Unique Passive - Wind's Fury:
- Basic attacks on-attack fire additional bolts at up to 2 enemies in front of you, each dealing 55% AD physical damage. Bolts apply on-hit effects at 100% effectiveness and are affected by critical strike modifiers.
Unique Passive - Wind's Favor:
- Gain 15 bonus attack damage or 30 ability power (Adaptive).
Unique Passive - Wind Blade:
- Basic attacks deal 15 bonus physical damage on-hit.
- Limited to 1 Yordle Runaan's Hurricane. Can only be purchased by ranged champions.

- Attack speed reduced from 45% to 35%.

- Attack damage increased from 15 to 20.

NerfRunaan’s Hurricane has been overshadowing other items of the same caliber. On some champions, it’s overpowering. We’ve adjusted its numbers to make it a more reasonable item choice.

- Ability power reduced from 60 to 30.

Patch 3.4c
BuffRunaan’s Hurricane is rarely chosen over the other Zeal item options, even on the champions that synergize best with its effects. We’re giving a boost to the bolts ratio to make Runaan’s definitively stronger as a scaling option compared to other Zeal items, particularly when you’re up against a team with lots of melee opponents.
