We buffed Sion’s damage in the laning phase to show off his power to his enemies.

We’ve seen that Sion has been struggling in the laning phase, so we’re adjusting the damage and cost of his third ability, which should make him more of an “unstoppable force” against his lane opponents.
Roar of the Slayer
- Base damage increased from 65/110/155/200 to 75/120/165/210.
- Mana cost reduced from 40/45/50/55 to 35/40/45/50.

- Base movement speed increased from 345 to 355.
Soul Furnace
- Cooldown reduced from 16/15/14/13 seconds to 15/14/13/12.
- Recast time reduced from 3 seconds to 2.
Due to all of the crowd control in Sion’s kit, he’s able to play a major role in teamfights for his team, however, he struggles to lane against some of his peers in the Baron Lane. So, we’re shifting some of the power away from his crowd control, and into some of his damage in the earlier stages of the game so he can take more duels against his foes in lane.

- Stun duration reduced from 1.25/1.5/1.75/2/2.25 (based on channel time) to 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2 (based on channel time).

Unstoppable Onslaught
- Stun duration reduced from 0.75/1.08333/1.41667/1.75 (at level 0/1/2/3) (based on channel time) to 0.5/0.833333/1.16667/1.5 (at level 0/1/2/3) (based on channel time).
Last time we took a look at Sion, we had to say sionara to some of his unstoppable power, however we’ve been keeping an eye on him and he could use a hand. So, we’re targeting a few different areas where we think the satisfaction of his kit could be improved.

- Slow increased from 40/45/50/55% to 50/55/60/65%.
Bug fix:
- Fixed an issue where under certain circumstances Sion permanently deals extra damage in the One For All mode.
Sion has been stronger and more effective in the jungle than we anticipated, and while we aren’t saying Sionara to him in the jungle, we are cutting away some of that power. We’re also smoothing out some of the bizarre interactions with Unstoppable Onslaught to make it behave more as a Sion player would expect.
