WRFrozen Heart
Wild Rift (Mobile) switch games?
Frozen Heart has been changed in 5 patches since release in Patch 2.2. 3 buffs, 2 adjustments. Most recently adjusted in Patch 4.0.
We’re increasing the power of Frozen Heart’s Attack Speed slow, but making it conditional. This iteration rewards tanks that stay on the offensive, while also providing foes with some counterplay to the item.*
General
- Ability haste reduced from 30 to 25.
- Armor increased from 70 to 80.
- Mana reduced from 300 to 200.
Passive - Winter's Caress
- New Passive: Basic attacks and magic damage caused by you or inflicted upon you will apply stacks of Chill to the enemy champion for 3 seconds, refreshing on subsequent hits and stacking up to 4 times. Each stack of Chill reduces enemy attack speed by 9%, up to 36% Attack Speed reduction. Applying Chill has a 1 second cooldown per ability per target.
- Editor's Note: Patch notes mention typo ingame. Cooldown is intended to be 1 second instead of 3 seconds.
- Old Passive: Reduces the attack speed of nearby enemies by 20%.
Even after our recent buffs, Frozen Heart is still underperforming compared to its peers. So we’re giving it a little boost to help it compete.
General
- Ability haste increased from 25 to 30.
Frozen Heart is a niche item that we want tanks to feel good about picking up in the right situations. We’re reducing its cost to make this item a more attractive pick up for when you find yourself up against those heavy auto-attackers.
General
- Total cost reduced from 2850 gold to 2700 gold.
- Combine cost reduced from 800 gold to 650 gold.
- Ability haste increased from 20 to 25.
We’re making Frozen Heart a slightly more appealing purchase when against fast attackers.
Unique passive - Winter's Caress
- Attack speed slow increased from 15% to 20%.
