Skirmisher's Sabre has been changed in 21 League of Legends patches. 9 buffs, 5 nerfs, 6 adjustments. Most recently adjusted in Patch 10.8.

UNIQUE Passive - Challenging Smite: Upgrades Smite to Challenging Smite.
UNIQUE Passive - Tooth and Nail: Basic attacks versus [[monster]]s deal 40 bonus physical damage on-hit. Damaging a monster by most means set it aflame, dealing an additional 80 magic damage over 5 seconds while causing you to heal for 6 per second for every enemy being burned. Healing provided by this item is increased by 50% when below 30% maximum health. While in the jungle or river, regenerate type=missing mana - formula=1 per 10% missing mana. This is capped at 8 at 80% missing mana. mana per second.
UNIQUE Passive - Monster Hunter: Killing large or epic monsters grants 60 bonus experience. The first large monster killed grants an additional 150 bonus experience, for a total of 210. If your gold from minions is greater than 40% your gold from monsters, a lane minion will grant 13 less gold and 50% reduced experience. This penalty is removed at 20 minutes.

  • Recipe: Hunter's Machete + 350g = 750g
  • Passive - Challenging Smite: Upgrades Smite to Challenging Smite. Challenging Smite can target enemy champions, marking them for 6 seconds. Marked enemies are revealed, take (15 + 2 * level on tooltip states 15 + 3 * level) on-hit bonus true damage from you and deal 20% reduced damage to you.
  • Passive - Jungler: Basic attacks against monsters deal 45 bonus magic damage over 2 seconds. While in combat with monsters, you will restore 10 health and 5 mana every second.
  • Limited to 1 Jungle item.
  • Can be enchanted with Warrior, Magus, Juggernaut, or Devourer.
