Passive - Joy Unending

Innate: Nilah heals for 20% of the damage that enemies take from her critical strikes, with each excess healing converted into a shield lasting 6 seconds.

Formless BladeWR
Ability 1 - Formless Blade
Cost: 30 Mana
CD: 4
Range: 0.94 *

Passive: Nilah gains armor penetration equal to 35% critical strike chance.

Minimum Physical Damage: 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 (+ 0% AD)
Maximum Physical Damage: 20 / 30 / 40 / 50 (+ 180 to 240% AD)

Active: Nilah cracks her whip-blade in a line in the target direction that deals physical damage to enemies hit, increased by 0% - 100% (based on level). This damage is reduced to 25% against monsters.

If Formless Blade is cast during Slipstream, Nilah calls a wave that rushes along the same direction, dealing the same damage to enemies hit.

If Formless Blade hits an enemy, Nilah enhances her basic attacks for 4 seconds: gaining 125 bonus attack range and 10% - 60% (based on level) bonus attack speed, as well as striking a cone that deals (20% \ champion 100%) AD physical damage to other enemies hit.

Active: Nilah envelops herself in mist for 1.75 seconds, during which she gains bonus movement speed, reduces incoming magic damage taken by 25%, and dodges non- turret basic attacks.

Bonus Movement Speed: 15 / 20 / 25 / 30%

The nearest allied champion will also be enveloped, which extends Nilah's duration by 1 second.

SlipstreamWR
Ability 3 - Slipstream
Cost: 40 Mana
CD: 18 / 16 / 14 / 12

Active: Nilah dashes in the target direction, dealing physical damage to enemies she passes through.

Physical Damage: 70 / 100 / 130 / 160 (+ 20% AD)

If she hits a unit, the cooldown will be reset, which cannot recur for 10 seconds. Nilah's Formless Blade attacks also reduce the remaining cooldown by (1 \ champion 2) seconds.

Slipstream can be recast during the dash to cast Formless Blade.

ApotheosisWR
Ability 4 - Apotheosis

Active: Nilah whirls her whip-blade over 1 second, dealing physical damage to nearby enemies every 0.25 seconds. She then unleashes a burst that deals physical damage and pulls them toward her. Each hit also slows targets by 10% for 3 seconds, refreshing on subsequent hits.

Each hit heals herself and nearby allied champions for (10% \ champion 20% - 50% (based on level)) of the post-mitigation damage dealt, converting each excess healing into a shield lasting 6 seconds.

Nilah is able to move during Apotheosis, but unable to basic attack or cast Formless Blade or Slipstream.

Nilah was the most recent champion to join the Rift, and she was ready to whip her foes into shape! We know she wants to be in the middle of the action, but since her arrival we’ve noticed she hasn’t been able to do that, so we’re slightly buffing her survivability. This should give her more room to show off her skills and be a little more aggressive!
