nerfCatalyst needs to be competitive with Lost Chapter in giving tankier AP champions enough mana to play out their laning phases. It does not, however, need to invalidate burst damage so strongly. So we're delivering a small health nerf until it's turned into Rod of Ages.

buffCatalyst of Eons is a little weak for a laning epic. We'd like to preserve its distinct price point from Lost Chapter in order to retain some laning variance, but the item shouldn't be so painful to buy and we'd like its mana to keep up with its sibling.

- Old Recipe: Ruby Crystal + Sapphire Crystal + 600 gold = 1300 gold.
- Mana increased to 375 from 300.
- Eternity mana restoration increased to 10% from 7%.
