Scout's Slingshot is coming in as a new attack speed component to help bridge some of the newer recipes that don't involve critical strike chance.

General

  • Recipe: Dagger + 600 gold = 900 gold.
  • Stats: 20% attack speed.
  • Unique Passive - Bullseye: Damaging an enemy champion deals 40 bonus magic damage (40 second cooldown, reduced by 1 second on-attack).
  • Builds Into: Rapid Firecannon, Runaan's Hurricane, Statikk Shiv.
