Overlord's has been fine, but not exceptionally powerful, for most of its lifetime. Looking to buff it into a position where it's clearly better than some other items for heavier fighters, especially in the later slots.

General

  • Tyranny health ratio increased to 2.5% bonus health from 2%.
  • Retribution health ratio increased to 0 to 12% (based on missing health) from 0 to 10% (based on missing health).

  • Attack damage reduced to 30 from 40.

Overlord's Bloodmail is intended to fill in the third-ish item slot for health-heavy fighter builds. We believe converting health into damage is a compelling fantasy for fighters and want to create it with this item.

  • Updated icon.
  • Recipe: Tunneler + Tunneler + 1000 gold = 3300 gold.
  • Stats: 500 health, 40 attack damage.
  • Unique Passive - Tyranny: Gain bonus attack damage equal to 2% of your bonus health.
  • Unique Passive - Retribution: Gain bonus attack damage equal to 0 to 10% (based on missing health) of your total attack damage from other sources.
  • Caption: "Only between life and death did he find a way to settle the score."
  • Limited to 1 Overlord's Bloodmail.
