Hexplate builds out of Noonquiver without actually having any on-hit damage, so we’re moving it to build out of Hearthbound Axe instead to make it more intuitive for players. This also balances out Hearthbound/Noonquiver/Zeal to build into three legendaries each (here in League we love our rule of three... sorry Jhin).

  • Attack speed increased to 25% from 20%.

  • Bug Fix: No longer is incorrectly displayed in the armor penetration section of the shop.
  • Bug Fix: No longer grants more ultimate haste than intended for some champions.
  • Bug Fix: Item icon for T.U.R.B.O. is now properly displayed even if the passive is on cooldown.

  • Unique Passive - Overdrive: Upon casting your ultimate ability, enter Overdrive to gain 35% bonus attack speed and 15% bonus movement speed for 8 seconds (30 second cooldown, starts on cast).
  • Limited to 1 Experimental Hexplate.
