Moonsilver Blade

  • Damage against monsters increased from 75% to 100%.

Heimerdinger has been underperforming for some time. We're giving his turrets a boost to reinforce his unique summon focused playstyle and reward you for setting up and fight around his inventions.

H-28G Evolution Turret

  • Turret armor increased from 10 to 80 (based on level) to 20 to 90 (based on level).
  • Turret health AP ratio increased from 3 to 45% (based on level) AP to 8 to 50% (based on level).
  • Turret Beam AP ratio increased 45% AP to 55%.
  • Turret incoming damage against melee basic attacks reduced from 50% to 40%.

Aurora's first ability is dealing more burst damage than intended, especially when paired with item and rune scaling. We're lowering its base damage and AP ratios to bring her poke and kill pressure back in line.
