Fiddlesticks has been underperforming across the board and several unintended mechanical tricks have made his mastery path unclear. Because of this, the team aims to remove some of the unclear power and shift strength back into his core gameplay. Additionally, his passive felt unclear, leaving foes unsure how to respond, while also lacking meaningful strategic value. So, we’re increasing the payoff and overall damage and crowd control capability, while reducing the reliance on tricks and narrowing the gap between his skill floor and ceiling. We’re also improving the clarity of his passive effigies, making both the counterplay and effects upon triggering more distinct and impactful.

A Harmless Scarecrow

  • New effect: Effigy will now spawn a clone instead of a pet. It will inherit Fiddlesticks' base movement speed and walk towards the nearest enemy. After 3 seconds or upon reaching them, it will detonate.

Terrify

  • Fear duration increased from 1/1.1/1.2/1.3 seconds to 1/1.2/1.4/1.6.
  • Targeting paradigm changed from direction to target.
  • Removed: Missile no longer hits all other enemies it passes through.

Bountiful Harvest

  • Base damage per 0.25 seconds increased from 15/22.5/30/37.5 to 15/25/35/45.
  • Total base damage increased from 120/180/240/300 to 120/200/280/360.
  • AP ratio per 0.25 seconds increased from 6.25% AP to 7.5%.
  • Total AP ratio increased from 50% AP to 60%.

  • New effect: Fiddlesticks is slowed by 30% and locked out of basic attacks and abilities.
  • New effect: After the channel completes, or all targets are killed, the cooldown is reduced by 50%.
  • New effect: After 1 second, the ability can be recast to end early.

Crowstorm

  • Base damage per 0.25 seconds increased from 25/42.5/60 to 30/50/70.
  • Total base damage increased from 500/850/1200 to 600/1000/1400.

Mordekaiser has struggled to feel the impact of the bonus Attack Damage stolen by his ultimate. We’ve added a bonus AD ratio to his first ability, making the stolen stats more meaningful and giving him more item build options.

We found that Xayah’s ultimate with auto-aim was unreliable when there were no nearby attackable targets, preventing it from effectively dodging incoming ranged attacks. So, we’ve optimized its usability.

  • New effect: Smart-cast no longer requires a target in range.

Norra is currently overperforming, with her second skill’s crowd control making her too dominant in the support role. We’re reducing its damage and increasing its mid to late game cooldown to give foes more opportunities for counterplay. 

Journey to Nowhere

  • Cooldown increased from 18/16.5/15/13.5 seconds to 18/17/16/15.
  • Base damage reduced from 75/115/155/195 to 65/105/145/185.

Hecarim’s been running circles in higher levels of play because of his early roaming power. We’re reining in his early damage and giving him a stronger late game gallop.

We’re giving fighters a brand new ultimate ability item, allowing them to gain a large amount of power after using your ultimate ability.

Recipe:

  • Dagger + Jaurim's Fist + Phage + 300 gold = 3000 gold.

Stats:

  • 35 attack damage, 20% attack speed, 400 health.

Unique Passive - Hexcharged:

  • +30 ultimate haste.

Unique Passive - Overdrive:

  • Upon casting your ultimate ability, enter Overdrive to gain Melee 40% / Ranged 20% bonus attack speed and Melee 20% / Ranged 10% bonus move speed for 8 seconds (30 second cooldown, starts on-cast).
  • Limited to 1 Experimental Hexplate.

We’re giving supports a new item dedicated to protecting a single teammate, after equipping this item, you can take a portion of damage on behalf of your teammate, while also gaining a healing effect.

Recipe:

  • Chain Vest + Kindlegem + 700 gold = 2600 gold.

Stats:

  • 10 ability haste, 40 armor, 400 health.

Unique Passive - Pledge:

  • When you buy the item, you can elect an ally champion deemed Worthy, forming a tether between you and them. Champions can only be designated as Worthy by one Knight's Vow at a time. You cannot be designated as Worthy by an ally's Knight's Vow.

Unique Passive - Sacrifice:

  • While the Worthy ally is tethered to you and you are above 30% health, redirect 12% of the pre-mitigation physical and magic damage they take to you as the respective damage type. Additionally, you heal for 10% of the post-mitigation damage dealt by your Worthy ally to champions.
  • Limited to 1 Knight's Vow.

We’re giving marksmen a brand new on-hit attack item. This will provide you with a large amount of damage in sustained combat.

Recipe:

  • Dagger + Long Sword + Noonquiver + 550 gold = 3000 gold.

Stats:

  • 40 attack damage, 30% attack speed.

Unique Passive - Cloud Stride:

  • +5 move speed.

Unique Passive - Bring it Down:

  • Basic attacks on-hit grant a stack for 3 seconds, up to 2 stacks. At 2 stacks, the next basic attack consumes all stacks to deal 120 to 160 (based on level) bonus physical damage on-hit, increased by 0 to 50% (based on target's missing health), for up to 180 to 240 (based on level) bonus physical damage.
  • Limited to 1 Kraken Slayer.

We’re giving fighters a brand new comeback item, allowing them to gain a large amount of Attack Damage at low Health to complete a counterattack.

Recipe:

  • Jaurim's Fist + Jaurim's Fist + 800 gold = 3200 gold.

Stats:

  • 30 attack damage, 450 health.

Unique Passive - Tyranny:

  • Gain bonus attack damage equal to 2.5% bonus health.

Unique Passive - Retribution:

  • Gain bonus attack damage equal to 0 to 9% (based on missing health) of your from other sources.
  • Limited to 1 Overlord's Bloodmail.

We’re giving tank players a sustained combat item, allowing them to deal damage to enemies while continuously gaining healing during combat.
