nerfWe've taken a pretty firm stance on keeping Epic item gold efficiency under control and Noonquiver slipped through the cracks in 14.10, so we're bringing that back in line this patch.

- Old Recipe: Long Sword + Cloak of Agility + 450 gold = 1400 gold.
- Attack damage reduced to 20 from 25.

Patch 14.10
nerfNoonquiver is staying around, but its purpose is changing entirely. Instead of being a perfect laning item to transition into first purchases, it’ll serve as a way to deliver AD and crit to items that focus on those stats.

- New Recipe: Long Sword + Cloak of Agility + 450 gold = 1400 gold.
- Old Recipe: Long Sword + Dagger + Long Sword + 300 gold = 1300 gold.
- Attack damage reduced to 25 from 30.
- Attack speed reduced to 0% from 15%.
- Critical strike chance increased to 20% from 0%.
- Removed Passive - Precision: Basic attacks deal 20 bonus physical damage on-hit against minions and monsters.
- Now builds into Immortal Shieldbow and Yun Tal Wildarrows.
- No longer builds into Kraken Slayer, Statikk Shiv, Stormrazor.

Marksman champions suffer from awkward early-game components that leave them missing either attack damage or attack speed, both of which are critical for them to feel powerful. So, we created Noonquiver-an Epic that specifically builds into marksman Mythics and features both stats. Noonquiver also amplifies marksman PvE capabilities to provide the early lane management marksman champions crave without sending their PvP power over the top. Lastly, by giving it a smooth build path of smaller parts, it avoids the lane snowballing issue B.F. Sword had if you were forced to back before saving up 1300 gold.
