- Combine cost reduced to 500 gold from 750 gold.
- Total cost reduced to 1400 gold from 1650 gold.
- Noxian Synchrony movement speed ratio reduced to 8% total movement speed from 10%.

- Bug Fix: Gaining Empowered Recall via the Hand of Baron buff no longer overrides Voidborn, causing the player to lose the effect whenever they do not have Hand of Baron for the remainder of the game.

- Unique Passive - Noxian Synchrony: Gain 45 (+ 10% total movement speed) bonus movement speed while out-of-combat.
- Limited to 1 Boots item.
- Caption: "The Empire of Noxus shall endure… Perfected."
